Valid Period. This contract will keep effectiveness for one year, from the effective day to December 31, 2013.
Valid Period. For a lottery operator’s license, Form TAA-50G is valid for a period not to exceed the shorter of (1) the expiration of existing lottery operator’s license or (2) 180 days unless otherwise extended in writing by the department prior to the expiration of the 180 days. Valid Period. The Contract arising from this bid process shall be valid for 36 months from the effective date.

Valid Period refers to when the Applicant may proceed to the ATM to initiate a Cardless Cash Withdrawal transaction within 15 minutes from the successful application of the Cardless Cash Withdrawal Serial Number.
