Valid Period. This contract will keep effectiveness for one year, from the effective day to December 31, 2013.
Valid Period. For a lottery operator’s license, Form TAA-50G is valid for a period not to exceed the shorter of (1) the expiration of existing lottery operator’s license or (2) 180 days unless otherwise extended in writing by the department prior to the expiration of the 180 days.

Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 12 shall remain effective until the research results are published, provisions of Articles 13 through 16 shall remain effective until ten (10) years passes from the termination of this agreement or until the day on which the last Relevant Industrial Property Right extinguishes, whichever occurs later, provisions of Article 19 shall remain effective until ten (10) years passes from the termination of this agreement and the provisions of Article 9 Paragraph 2 and of Article 24 shall remain effective so long as the relevant matter exists.
Valid Period. This agreement takes effect as of the date of it being signed. The agreement will terminate after all shares of Party C held by Party B are transferred to Party A and/or its designated person pursuant to the provision of the agreement.
