Software Enhancements. Jail Modifications: a. Generation of a “PCN” (Personal Control Number). This is an arrest based number generated by the state and coming from the AFIS system. This number will be tied to both a person and a charge, and will allow for multiple PCN numbers. b. Timers or Ticklers for Bookings by Way of an Alert. This will allow the alert to show a running clock on the event. c. Inmate Activity Log All activity will get logged into the event tracking and scheduling portion of the software. The event area provides the full booking search, and the event history stays with the Inmate/Booking providing historical information.
Software Enhancements. Licensor will develop, test and implement the software enhancements listed in ATTACHMENT “H”. These enhancements, and any additional enhancements developed by Licensor and relating to the distribution of Products will be made available for sale by Distributor and will be provided at no additional licensing fee to Distributor during the Term and any renewal term, whether offered by Licensor or any affiliate of Licensor.
Software Enhancements eXalt shall perform the Software enhancements for Customer as described in Exhibit I, Software Enhancements, Scope of Service. Changes to the Scope of Services may only be made in writing executed by both parties.
Software Enhancements. (The estimated cost for the duration of this AGREEMENT is $1,500,000). The CONSULTANT shall provide the necessary staff and/or resources to work directly with the CITY and other consultants in the support of software enhancements described in this AGREEMENT. The support includes, but is not limited to telephone support, documentation, software modification, software configuration, tuning, testing, PROJECT management and implementation of new functionality. The CONSULTANT shall provide services for implementation of enhancements on an "as needed" basis only as directed by the CITY. There is no minimum amount of work guaranteed to the CONSULTANT from the CITY. The CONSULTANT shall not perform any work related to this portion of this AGREEMENT without an expressed written request from the CITY, pursuant to a Project Task Order. Software enhancements as noted in this section are separate from standard support and maintenance enhancement activities noted in other sections of this CONTRACT. Support and maintenance enhancements include minor activities that can be completed within approximately eight (8) hours of development time, such as field additions, label changes, report alterations, etc.
Software Enhancements. A. IGT may request that licensed Software be enhanced with new features by submitting a written request that includes sufficient detail for Acres to estimate the work required for design, programming, testing, documentation, training and compliance. IGT agrees that Acres is under no obligation to implement requests. However, Acres will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when practical. B. If IGT requests a feature that Acres concludes is not part of the base product, Acres will consider the request and negotiate with IGT to develop the feature as a work made for hire on a case-by-case basis. If the work is done, either IGT and/or End User will own all rights to the new feature IGT and/or End User agree to pay the ongoing cost of maintaining the unique version at prevailing time and material rates less a thirty percent (30%) discount. Pursuant to terms to be negotiated in good faith between the parties and subject to IGT's ability to secure the applicable rights form the End User or MGM-Mirage, IGT hereby agrees to exclusively license ACRES with the right to sublicense, any feature developed by ACRES pursuant to this section. C. ACRES will develop and maintain the following enhancements which are to be part of the Acres' base product: (i) Keypad support for IGS Slot Accounting. ACRES and IGT will cooperate to develop keypad support to provide PIN protection for bonuses on systems using IGS slot accounting. (ii) Thin Client support. Acres and IGT agree to reasonably test all graphical user interface applications included in the Equipment (excluding jackpot and fill functions) as jointly determined on the thin client platform. The Thin Client platform is defined by the Customer when the application resides and executes on a central Microsoft Windows Terminal Server operating system based server and the screen changes, mouse movements and keyboard actions are transmitted to the thin client device using the Independent Computing Architecture (ICA) protocol as implemented by Citrix, Inc.
Software Enhancements. Ambulance Service agrees MED-BILL is under no obligation to create programming for information purposes. MED-XXXX agrees to make available to Ambulance Service a list and description of available reports generated in the ordinary course of business. Any additional custom reports requested will be subject to an $85.00 per hour programming fee. MED-BILL will provide Ambulance Service with a Statement of Work (SOW) to get signed off before performing work.

Software Enhancements. At the request of JWA, the Contractor shall prepare a cost estimate for enhancements to the TAMIS software operation and function. Each software enhancement requested by JWA will be approved using the Attachment G Change Task Order. Contractor shall deposit and maintain Contractor Source Code and related documentation in escrow on behalf of the County at Contractor’s Austin, Texas facilities. Special requirements for this responsibility above and beyond current Contractor configuration management practices are not envisaged. Escrowed materials, exclusive of third-party software products, shall include only those materials relative to the version of TAMIS currently installed at the County, unless mutually agreed to otherwise. Updates to Contractor Source Code deposits shall occur as updates, changes or new releases to TAMIS are installed at the County. Contractor source code would be releasable to the County only under the following circumstances and conditions – • The County shall receive Contractor Source Code at no additional expense to the County following the County’s factual determination, in its reasonable discretion, that the Contractor is not able or willing to maintain, support or improve the TAMIS software described above solely resulting from the Contractor’s bankruptcy or abandonment of business practices directly supporting the TAMIS systemIn the event that the County exercises its right to request and receive the TAMIS software held in escrow, the County shall provide the Contractor thirty (30) days notice of its intent to request and receive the software. The Contractor shall transmit the software to the County at no charge to the County within thirty (30) days of receiving the County’s request for the software. • In the event that Contractor is unable to materially and substantially perform its technical maintenance requirements set forth in this Contract, the County shall be permitted, for the purposes of TAMIS self-maintenance only, to exercise its purchase option of Contractor Source Code at the price stated herein. However, prior to exercising its option to purchase, the County must first: 1) provide Contractor sixty (60) days notice of its intent to exercise the option; 2) specify the manner in which Contractor has materially and substantially failed to perform its technical maintenance requirements as set forth in this contract; and, 3) allow Contractor adequate opportunity to correct said deficiencies. Software Enhancements. For so long as Licensee is entitled to receive maintenance and support services hereunder and has made payment required therefore, Virtual shall provide to Licensee any new, corrected or enhanced versions of the Software as created by Virtual. Such enhancements may include modifications to the Software which increase the speed, efficiency or ease of use of the Software, correct errors in the Software or add additional capabilities or functionality to the Software. This does not include additional modules nor does it include any additional standalone applications that are integrated with the Software. Licensee acknowledges that Virtual is under no obligation to update, modify, or enhance the Software, except defect or problem fixes as set forth in Section 7 and Licensee acknowledges that changes in technology or other factors may render the Software obsolete.
