VEHICLE DELIVERY. At a minimum, pre-delivery service shall include the following: • Standard Dealer and Manufacturer protocol for new vehicle delivery; • Cleaning of vehicle, if necessary, and removal of all unnecessary tags, stickers, or papers (window price sticker or supplied line sheet shall remain); • Speedometer must be correct regardless of the tires provided by the vehicle manufacturer or axle ratio furnished; • Owner’s manual and warranty manual to accompany each vehicle; and • MSRP list sheet (window sticker) MUST be in the vehicle when it is delivered to the purchaser. Vehicles that are missing this form, or have forms that have been altered will not be accepted. The vendor shall be responsible for delivering vehicles that are properly serviced, clean and in first class operating condition. Vendor shall complete delivery of the vehicle to the purchaser within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the vehicle from the manufacturer or equipment supplier. This deadline shall not apply to vehicles originating as an incomplete chassis. Receipt of a vehicle by the vendor is defined as acceptance of the vehicle from a common carrier at the vendor’s place of business or any third party’s place of business. Deliveries of less than 350 miles may be accomplished by driving the vehicle. Any delivery accomplished by driving the vehicle must be supervised and the driver must comply with manufacturer’s break-in requirements and all applicable traffic laws. Any delivery accomplished by driving a police rated vehicle must use an “OUT OF SERVICE” cover on light bars. All deliveries in excess of 350 miles shall be made by transport, or otherwise approved by the purchasing agency. However, this requirement shall not apply to incomplete chassis. The purchaser has the option to reject a vehicle with more than 350 odometer miles, or may deduct $0.51 cents per mile in excess of 350 miles from the invoice, unless distance above 350 miles was previously approved by the purchaser. This requirement also applies to redelivery of vehicles that were rejected upon initial delivery. All warranties shall begin at the time of delivery to the purchaser. The purchaser’s warranty should not be active for incomplete vehicles or vehicles delivered to an upfitter before final delivery. VEHICLE DELIVERY. Where requested by the customer, Innovated Leasing will arrange for the delivery of a vehicle purchased to a location specified by the customer. Innovated Leasing will not be liable for any delay, loss, theft, damage, claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, penalties, costs or expenses howsoever caused. Where requested, Innovated Leasing will arrange for one or more fuel cards to be issued to the Customer and will be administered by Innovated Leasing on the following basis:
VEHICLE DELIVERY. Lessee understands that when the Vehicle is accepted, it is deemed to be in good order, as requested and suitable for its purposes. Lessor will make all of its rights, if any, under the manufacturer’s warranty on the Vehicle available to Lessee.
VEHICLE DELIVERY. Where we deliver the Vehicle to you or collect the Vehicle from you, you are responsible for any published rates for delivering and collecting the vehicle. When we deliver a Vehicle to you, you are responsible to inspect for any pre-existing damage and notify any damage to us prior driving the Vehicle by calling the number for the Breakdown Assistance Service noted in the Rental Agreement. During The Rental Period The Rental Period starts on the date and time indicated on the Rental Agreement and ends on the indicated date and time. The Rental Agreement is terminated when a) the Vehicle is returned and its keys are handed over to a Rental Choice employee; placed in the key drop box or, where authorised by us. If you return the Vehicle before the end of the Rental Period then both the Rental Period and this Agreement will end on the date of the Vehicles return. If you decide to return the Vehicle early you will not be entitled to the return of any unused prepaid Rental Charges. Extensions of the Rental Period The Rental Period may be extended if requested by you. If we agree to an extension we may require an additional deposit, together with the relevant method of payment for the extended Rental Period. We will not agree an extension which means that the Rental Period will exceed 28 days. If you require a vehicle for longer than 28 days, you must return the Vehicle under this Rental Agreement prior to the expiry of such period and enter into another Rental Agreement for the additional period Our Responsibilities We will: Maintain the Vehicle to its manufacturer's recommended standard. Ensure the Vehicle is roadworthy and suitable for driving at the commencement of the Rental Period. Your Responsibilities Towards The Vehicle You are responsible for the Vehicle and for any Damage during the Rental Period. VEHICLE DELIVERY. The Supplier shall ensure all motor vehicles are supplied and delivered in accordance with the requirements set out in the Vehicle Order. Please refer to paragraph 5.6
VEHICLE DELIVERY. 5.6.1 The Supplier shall deliver/arrange the delivery of vehicles to addresses within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Isles as specified in the Vehicle Order.
5.6.2 The Supplier shall ensure that all vehicles are supplied and delivered in accordance with the requirements specified in the Vehicle Order and ensure the safe and secure delivery of all vehicles to the Contracting Body(s).
5.6.3 Where delivery of the vehicles requires the Supplier to gain access to the Contracting Body(s) premises which are secure and/or have restricted access, the Supplier shall, in advance of the delivery date, provide a list of the names of all Suppliers personnel requiring admission to the premises specifying the capacity in which they require admission and giving such other particulars as the Contracting Body(s) may reasonably require.
5.6.4 The Supplier shall ensure that pre-delivery inspections, including the supply and fitting of registration plates are carried out on all vehicles supplied under this Framework Agreement.
5.6.5 The Supplier shall ensure that the following are provided to the Contracting Body(s) upon delivery of the vehicle: Manufacturer’s vehicle handbooks Service log book (or link to electronic copy) Valid road fund licence in place, which is to be valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified by the Contracting Body(s) Driver Pack including but not limited to driver information guide containing the driver support services contact number Safety Pack where required, including but not limited to a warning triangle and high visibility jacket
5.6.6 The Supplier shall ensure that all vehicles are delivered to the Contracting Body(s) free from any defects and complete with: No more than 99 miles on the odometer unless agreed otherwise Two sets of keys
5.6.7 At the point of delivery to the Contracting Body(s), the Supplier shall provide a handover for all vehicles to ensure that the Contracting Body(s)’s duty of care as an employer, in relation to the operation of the vehicles has been discharged in full to the satisfaction of the Contracting Body(s). The handover shall include: Providing a full explanation of the controls and features of the vehicles Completing and signing a delivery sheet which provides confirmation that appropriate checks have been undertaken and confirmation that operating instructions have been given Providing the Contracting Body(s) with a copy of the delivery sheet

VEHICLE DELIVERY. 10.1 Only You are able to accept the vehicle upon delivery. You are required to provide your driving licence upon delivery to the driver who will take a photo for our records.
10.2 The vehicle must be inspected by You on delivery and any defects or discrepancies must be noted by the delivery driver. The driver will take photos at delivery.
10.3 Due to covid-19, for your safety and peace of mind, the vehicle will be sanitised at the preparation centre and re-sanitised by the driver upon delivery. Xxxx will be sanitised and left in the centre console. You have the right to refuse a product handover and can seek clarity around the vehicle functions by calling our Test Drive+ agents on 0800 400 430 Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:30pm, excluding UK bank holidays.
10.4 If you fail to accept delivery of the vehicle on the dates and times confirmed at time of booking, You will be required to pay an abort fee of £150 in accordance with paragraph 20.2
