Fuel Cards Sample Clauses

Fuel Cards. AEG may in its sole discretion issue fuel card(s) or charge cards to Customer (collectively, the “Cards”) in order to enable Customer to purchase Fuel or Services, subject to availability, on credit at AEG locations. The Cards shall be valid upon receipt, and through the expiration date printed on their face. Customer acknowledges that the Cards are non-transferable and agrees not to permit the Cards to be used by any person or entity other than Customer. By using the Cards, Xxxxxxxx agrees to these General Terms and Conditions, and specifically agrees to pay for all fees, interest and penalties billed to Customer’s account as a result of charges incurred by Xxxxxxxx. Payment for such fees and other charges will be made in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, and Customer specifically agrees that failure to timely pay the balance due on the Cards may be used as the basis for filing a lien against any aircraft Customer’s card is used to purchase Services or Fuel. Customer is responsible for obtaining any permission from or providing any notice to owner regarding AEG’s lien rights by means of Customer’s failure to pay the balance due on the Cards. Customer shall insure the information printed on the Cards or relating to such Cards is and remains accurate. Customer’s failure to provide accurate information may cause Cards to be suspended. Furthermore, Customer agrees to notify AEG immediately if a Card is lost or stolen, or if Customer suspects such Card is being used without its permission. Customer shall be responsible to pay for all charges incurred prior to such notification. AEG may in its sole discretion, revoke Customer’s right to use the Card at any time, with or without cause. Customer may cancel the Cards at any time by providing written notice to AEG.

To the extent issued, the Cards shall be valid upon receipt and through the expiration date printed on their face. Customer acknowledges that the Cards are non- transferable and have been provided by World Fuel for Customer’s exclusive use. No other person or entity is permitted to use the Cards for charges, identification, or for any other reason. By using the Cards, Xxxxxxxx agrees to the Agreement and to pay for all fees, interest and penalties billed to Customer’s account as a result of charges incurred by Customer and Customer Associates. Payment for such fees and other charges will be made in accordance with the Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that the information printed on the Cards or relating to such Cards is and remains accurate. Customer’s failure to provide accurate information may cause Cards to be suspended. Furthermore, Customer agrees to notify World Fuel immediately if a Card is lost or stolen, or if Customer suspects such Card is being used without its permission. Customer shall be responsible to pay for all charges incurred prior to such notification. World Fuel may in its sole discretion, revoke Customer’s right to use the Card at any time, with or without cause. Customer may cancel the Cards at any time by providing written notice to World Fuel.
Fuel Cards. Employee’s provided with a fuel card shall not provide the PIN number to any other person without the permission of the employer. Employees shall not use a company supplies fuel card for any other purpose than to purchase fuels and lubricants for an employer’s vehicle. Employees found to be using fuel cards for their own benefit shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Fuel Cards. Sheriff currently uses WEX Fuel cards as an alternative means of fueling his Vehicles and Equipment. Sheriff shall be solely responsible for any fuel cards utilized as an alternative fueling method for his Vehicles and Equipment. Sheriff shall authorize Fleet Management, with WEX Fuel cards or any other fuel service utilized by Sheriff, to obtain fuel transaction data for the sole purpose of keeping vehicle and equipment data updated and complete in its fleet management databases.
Fuel CardsThe Company agrees tc;> provide a Fuel Card to each Owner Operator. The Owner Operator wil use this card to purchase fuel for the vehicle that they use for provinding services on behalf of Dynamex Canada Corp. The Company wil pay the Fuel Supplier and charge back the Owner Operator in ful on each Settlement check. The savings that the Owner Operator will achieve are dependent on the negotiated deal with the fuel supplier which wil be posted periodically.
Fuel Cards. Each school vehicle is assigned a fuel card that is to be used only for the vehicle it is assigned. The information on the card includes the vehicle card number, the BPS vehicle description with license plate number and the expiration date. The card is to be used to purchase fuel only for the vehicle to which it is assigned. BPS does not allow the fuel card to be used for vehicle maintenance or repair purchases. If the card is lost or stolen, the driver must immediately inform their Department Secretary and the A/P Specialist at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or 000-000-0000. If the incident occurs after office hours or on weekends, the driver must call WEX Customer Service at 0-000-000-0000 to cancel the card, and then notify their Department Secretary and A/P Specialist of the incident on the next business day. If a card is damaged, please contact the A/P Specialist for a replacement card. The Driver PIN is a four-digit number that is assigned to each driver in the program. Drivers must use this number when making a purchase with the fuel card. Driver PINs are assigned to employees by name; therefore, they should not be shared with others and must be kept confidential. A driver who forgets a PIN number must contact the district’s A/P Specialist at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or 000-000-0000. WEX will not give out PIN numbers to drivers. A Driver PIN can be used with any fuel card assigned to any BPS owned, rented or leased vehicle. Upon employee’s discontinued work with BPS, exit procedures require the cancellation of Driver PINs. Fuel Card Agreement/Application Revised 12/07/2023 Page 1 Payments for the WEX Card billing will be determined based on the BPS department account assigned to each Driver PIN. The billing cycle closes at the end of the month and the fuel charges will appear in the departmental budget reports the following month. The WEX Fuel Invoices are sent to each Secretary monthly at which point the Secretary will reconcile all receipts from each driver listed on the invoices as to the validity and accuracy of the reported transactions. The Secretary will return the signed report to the Accounts Payable Office by the 20th of each month. If another account number is to be charged for a particular purchase, the number should be indicated on the Fuel Slip. It is the Department’s responsibility to submit a journal voucher to Accounting to move the fuel expense to the appropriate account.
Fuel Cards. If Penske provides Customer with any fuel cards for the purchase of fuel, Customer shall be fully responsible for all purchases made under such fuel cards, even if made improperly or illegally. Customer shall immediately report lost or stolen fuel cards to Penske. If Customer fails to pay fuel card charges when due, Penske may (in addition to any other remedy under this VLSA) immediately cancel Customer’s fuel cards.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Customer Equipment “Customer Equipment” means any Customer-owned or provided software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s). You agree to allow us and our agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or downloads to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give us access to the Customer Equipment. You should call Customer Service at 0-000-XXX-XXXX to find out if it meets our technical, security and other requirements. We reserve the right to disallow the use of Customer Equipment that we determine is not compatible with our network. We shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, or service Customer Equipment, including, but not limited to, Customer Equipment to which the Company or a third party has sent software or downloads. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.

Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Flextime ‌ (a) For the purpose of this agreement, flextime means the hours worked by an employee, or group of employees, who are given authority by the Employer to: (1) choose their starting and finishing times; and (2) choose their length of workday within a stated maximum number of hours, subject to meeting the required annual hours of work in accordance with this agreement, through a specified averaging period. (b) The full-time employee on flextime who has a day of absence, whether with or without pay, will be deemed to be absent for the agreed upon hours, providing at least the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period. If less than the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period, such number of hours will be deemed to be the hours of absence. (c) The averaging period for employees on flextime will be two pay periods. (d) The workday for those employees on flextime will not exceed 10 hours.
