VEHICLE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. 1. This CONTRACT requires VEHICLE maintenance to be performed as follows:
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. This CONTRACT requires VEHICLE maintenance to be performed as follows: VEHICLE maintenance services are to be performed as recommended by YOUR VEHICLE manufacturer. Contact YOUR local dealer or the manufacturer’s website of the make of YOUR VEHICLE or the ADMINISTRATOR if YOU have questions about required VEHICLE maintenance; K eep all receipts for maintenance performed on YOUR VEHICLE as YOU may, at OUR sole discretion, be required to present the receipts in the event of MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN or FAILURE. If requested, proof of required service including verifiable receipts showing date, mileage, and VEHICLE identification number of the VEHICLE at the time of service must be presented in order to have repairs authorized on YOUR VEHICLE. If YOU perform your own maintenance, YOU must maintain a log indicating the date and mileage of each service performed and copies of receipts for oil, fluids, filters and other supplies used. YOU may, at OUR sole discretion, be required to provide a copy of the maintenance log and receipts in the event of a claim and YOUR failure or inability to do so may result in a denial of COVERAGE in accordance with this section. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES have special service requirements. See COMMERCIAL VEHICLE in Section G. of YOUR CONTRACT.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. The City reserves the right in its sole discretion to review maintenance record of, inspect and reject temporarily or permanently, by notice to the Contractor, any vehicle the Contractor utilizes which the City deems unacceptable. Necessary repairs made to the vehicles shall be made within 3 days of notice of repair by the City, the Contractor shall submit to a subsequent vehicle inspection on or before the fourth day following the notice date. Failure to comply with this provision shall entitle the City to terminate this agreement.

  • Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).

  • Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation. Each such employee is also responsible for reporting any malfunction of equipment, mechanical defect, and any accident involving the vehicle.

  • VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS The following shall be considered minimum Vehicle requirements. The Authorized User shall include supplemental required specifications for Vehicles specified in a Mini-Bid. Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative. Vehicles delivered to an Authorized User in a condition considered to be below retail customer acceptance levels will not be accepted. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.

  • Site Maintenance 11.1 Contractor shall not perform waste or damage the site.

  • Space Requirements The Construction Administrator will conduct a review of the adequacy of space allotments for maintenance of mechanical, telephone, and fire protection equipment.

  • REPAIRS; MAINTENANCE The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies. The Agent shall obtain prior approval of the Owner for all expenditures over $ for any single item.
