VEHICLE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. 11.1 The vehicles are all fully serviced and maintained as per manufacturers requirements and Avis Safari Rental has introduced additional maintenance which is completed on vehicles. 11.2 The Renter is responsible to maintain the vehicle during the rental period. This includes the standard check of tyre pressure, wheel nuts, wheel alignment if necessary, oil and coolant levels and to be aware of any symptoms which may arise during the rental period. In addition, should the vehicle reach 15 000 kilometres (10 000 km for Land Cruiser) intervals (see Annexure:2) during the rental period, the Renter is required to service the vehicle at a suitable workshop associated to the vehicle manufacturer. Where an official dealer is not available, other workshops may service the vehicle with our authorization. The schedule service charges and any other repairs related to standard wear and tear on the vehicle will be covered by Avis Safari Rental. 11.3 Avis Safari Rental vehicles are under maintenance plan therefore the Renter will be reimbursed at rental reconciliation.

Contact YOUR local dealer or the manufacturer’s website of the make of YOUR VEHICLE or the ADMINISTRATOR if YOU have questions about required VEHICLE maintenance;
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. The City reserves the right in its sole discretion to review maintenance record of, inspect and reject temporarily or permanently, by notice to the Contractor, any vehicle the Contractor utilizes which the City deems unacceptable. Necessary repairs made to the vehicles shall be made within 3 days of notice of repair by the City, the Contractor shall submit to a subsequent vehicle inspection on or before the fourth day following the notice date. Failure to comply with this provision shall entitle the City to terminate this agreement.

If requested, proof of required service including verifiable receipts showing date, mileage, and VEHICLE identification number of the VEHICLE at the time of service must be presented in order to have repairs authorized on YOUR VEHICLE. If YOU perform your own maintenance, YOU must maintain a log indicating the date and mileage of each service performed and copies of receipts for oil, fluids, filters and other supplies used. YOU may, at OUR sole discretion, be required to provide a copy of the maintenance log and receipts in the event of a claim and YOUR failure or inability to do so may result in a denial of COVERAGE in accordance with this section.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. CONTACTOR shall service and maintain all vehicles used to provide the transportation services required pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR’s maintenance responsibilities shall include, without limitation: 1. Providing for, and paying any and all costs associated with, the maintenance and/or rehabilitation of vehicles used to provide the transportation services required pursuant to the terms and conditions this Agreement, including, without limitation, exterior and interior cleaning, periodic lubrication and the replacement of fuel, tires and oil as-needed.

  • Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).

  • Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated. 16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum. 16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements The Common Stock is registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Exchange Act, and the Company has taken no action designed to, or which to its knowledge is likely to have the effect of, terminating the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act nor has the Company received any notification that the Commission is contemplating terminating such registration. The Company has not, in the 12 months preceding the date hereof, received notice from any Trading Market on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing or maintenance requirements of such Trading Market. The Company is, and has no reason to believe that it will not in the foreseeable future continue to be, in compliance with all such listing and maintenance requirements.

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Vehicle Requirements The following shall be considered minimum Vehicle requirements. The Authorized User shall include supplemental required specifications for Vehicles specified in a Mini-Bid. Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative. Vehicles delivered to an Authorized User in a condition considered to be below retail customer acceptance levels will not be accepted. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Maintenance & Repairs 5.1 Lessee shall at all times be responsible for maintaining at its own expense the leased premises in a clean, orderly and safety condition, except as hereinafter provided. Lessee shall be responsible, at its own expense, to clean and maintain all trade fixtures, machinery and equipment furnished by Lessee within the leased premises. Lessee shall be responsible to deposit normal office waste and rubbish at a location at the Central School as designated by Lessor. 5.2 Lessee shall be responsible to perform all repairs the need for which is caused by Xxxxxx's use of the premises except that Lessor shall be responsible to perform major repairs of a structural nature. Lessor shall be responsible to arrange for removal of waste and rubbish from the location designated as the deposit location for lessees. All costs incurred by Lessor pursuant to the obligations of this Paragraph shall be included within "operating costs". 5.3 Lessor shall provide custodian services for the common areas of Central School. Costs incurred by Lessor in providing such custodian services shall be included within "operating costs".

  • REPAIRS; MAINTENANCE The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies. The Agent shall obtain prior approval of the Owner for all expenditures over $ for any single item. Prior approval for lesser amounts shall not be required for monthly or recurring operating charges or if emergency expenditures over the maximum are, in the Agent’s opinion, needed to protect the Property from damage, prevent injury to persons, avoid suspension of necessary services, avoid penalties or fines, or suspension of services to tenants required by a lease or rental agreement or by law, including, but not limited to, maintaining the Property in a condition fit for human habitation as required by applicable law.

  • Maintenance, Etc The Company will maintain, preserve and keep, and will cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to maintain, preserve and keep, its properties which are used in the conduct of its business (whether owned in fee or a leasehold interest) in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and from time to time will make all necessary repairs, replacements and renewals as the Company may determine to be appropriate to the conduct of its business.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
