VISIONING. A community exercise whereby stakeholders express how they envision the future. Visioning can identify common goals community members can collectively attempt to achieve. WASHINGTON ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (WAC): Regulations of executive branch agencies, issued by authority of statutes. Like legislation and the Constitution, regulations are a source of primary law in Washington state. The WAC codifies regulations and arranges them by subject or agency. WATER-ORIENTED USE: A use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses. WATER-DEPENDENT USE: A use or portion of a use which cannot exist in a location that is not adjacent to the water and which is dependent on the water by reason of the intrinsic nature of its operations.
VISIONING. Purpose: Can be used to assess expectations for PFM or sustainable forest management and has also been useful as a step towards developing a forest management plan as goals and activities can be identified. Literate and non-literate stakeholders can take part.
VISIONING. The element builds upon principles and policies provided by the Countywide Planning Policy, the Focus 2010 and Vision 2010 documents, and the Visioning “check in”. During the Plan 2015 process, housing policies were developed through extensive public participation to provide long- term guidance for Yakima County in developing the Capital Facilities Element. This work, including the Visioning “check in”, has been carried forward in Horizon 2040. These goals are shown in three insets throughout the Element.

  • Provisioning 29.6.1 After receipt and acceptance of an LSR, GTE shall provision such LSR in accordance with the following Intervals and in accordance with the service parity standards and other performance standards specified in Section 11 and Attachment 12.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards.
