Voluntary Termination of Membership. Subject to the restrictions and limitations of Section 3 of this Article, a Member Agency may voluntarily withdraw from membership in CIWW on not less than five (5) years’ written notice to the Board to be effective on the last day of the calendar year after the requisite period of notice has elapsed. In order to withdraw from membership, the governing authority of the Member Agency must adopt a resolution to withdraw, and a certified copy of the resolution to withdraw must be sent to the Board Chair, unless the Chair is a representative from the withdrawing Member Agency, in which case notice must be sent to the Vice-Chair.
Voluntary Termination of Membership. Member may resign from the Coalition and terminate its membership in the Coalition at any time by providing written notice thereof to Si2. Such resignation and termination is effective on the date such notice is received by Si2.

Member shall not be entitled to any refund of any Safety Certification fees.

Member may resign from OS and terminate its membership in OS at any time by providing written Notice of Voluntary Termination thereof at least thirty (30) days in advance to Si2. Such resignation and termination is effective thirty (30) days after the date on which such Notice is received and acknowledged by Si2. Member fees will not be pro-‐rated when Member voluntarily resigns from OS.
Voluntary Termination of Membership. 6.1. A Member shall have the right to terminate its membership in the GREX for any reason and at any time upon seven (7) days’ prior written notice to the GREX and to all other Members.
6.2. Voluntary termination of membership does not affect the former Member’s obligation to pay fees prior to the date of termination, and the other Members are not responsible for the consequences of the terminating Member’s decision.

Voluntary Termination of Membership. If for any reason you decide that the Xxxxxxx High School VARSITY BAND is not for you and you withdraw by your own choice, we have in place a refund schedule that is prorated depending upon the date of termination. Please read this policy carefully. We will withhold a certain percentage of fees paid as determined by the date that you have chosen to terminate membership. Realize that the later you depart, the more severe the penalty due to non- refundable travel expenses, consultant salaries, and production costs. NOTE – all decisions to terminate membership should be communicated through e-mail, fax, or mail with the Head Band Director. The date of departure will be considered the time that written communication is received by our office.
Voluntary Termination of Membership. If a member decides to discontinue his/her membership, he/she is required to provide 30 days advance notice in writing to the Board prior to removing his/her artwork. If a member fails to do this, his/her last month’s rent will not be refunded and he/she will be expected to pay another member to work his/her scheduled floor time during the 30 day period following the date the written notice should have been received.
