All Other Members. The period of enhanced funding for all other members who meet the ventilator dependency criteria will begin on the first day of the month the member was hospitalized and will end on the last day of the month of the qualifying hospital stay. If the member dies while on total respiratory support the enhanced funding will end on the date of death. The member may be removed from the ventilator to spend time with family and friends prior to his/her date of death.

All Other Members. (a) March 1st shall be the annual date for all revocations or Union dues. The employee must complete and submit an SF-1188 to the Agency between the dates of January 1st to January 31st of any given year. Upon receipt of a valid revocation form completed and signed by the employee, the appropriate Agency payroll processing center shall discontinue withholding the dues from the employee’s pay effective only with the first full pay period after the following March 1st. The payroll office shall notify the Union, in writing, of all revocations and provide a copy of the SF-1188 at the time the revocation is made effective.
All Other Members. All other members of the C.R.E.A. not enumerated above shall work their schedules as set forth within their respective categories. All unit members shall be given their respective breaks and a duty free lunch as per practice of the District.
All Other Members. An employee who has been on payroll deduction of union dues for more than a year may voluntarily revoke an allotment for the payment of dues by completing SF- 1188, or by submitting a written request to the Employer for revocation of an allotment, which is otherwise in order and signed by the employee. The Servicing Personnel Office shall process the revocation with NFC, with the change to become effective at the beginning of the first full pay period after September 1 of each year provided that the revocation was received by the Servicing Personnel Office between August 1 and August 15 of that same year. It is the employee's responsibility to ensure timely filing of the revocation forms. The Employer shall notify the Union, within two (2) working days, of all revocations by submission to the Union of the duplicate copy of the Standard Form 1188 or of the written request.
All Other Members. For all other Members, alterations will only be made where it is necessary to do so (such as to uphold the health, safe- tynand hygiene of users). Any changes will be posted in the Facilities and on the UGS website located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xx.xx/xxxxx, which will constitute due notice of such changes.

  • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. A Member may be a Class A Member, a Class B Member and or Class C Member, and, in such case, shall have the rights and obligation accorded to the Class A Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class A Ordinary Shares or the rights and obligation accorded to the Class A Preferred Shares with respect to such Class A Preferred Shares, as applicable, the rights and obligations accorded to the Class B Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class B Ordinary Shares and the rights and obligations accorded to the Class C Ordinary Share with respect to such Class C Ordinary Share. A Person may become a Record Holder without the consent or approval of any of the Members and without physical execution of this Agreement. A Person may not become a Member without acquiring a Share.
