Volunteer Assistance. The Union recognizes the need for and agrees to the use of volunteer assistance during peak load periods. Under no circumstances will this result in a reduction of the regular hours of work, or layoff, or termination, of Employees covered by this Agreement. Volunteers will not perform confidential duties or perform casework.
Volunteer Assistance. Under no circumstances will Operator use City of Joplin/Joplin Regional Airport employees whom are on duty to perform work at the Premises. Under no circumstances will Operator use City of Joplin/Joplin Regional Airport employees whom are off duty to perform work at the Premises if the nature of the work is substantially similar to the employee’s regular work duties for the City of Joplin/Joplin Regional Airport.
Volunteer Assistance. Host will secure a minimum of one volunteer to greet and check in participants for each session of the camp. The Volunteers should arrive no later than 15 minutes before sign-in for the session in which she/he will be assisting.
