Wages, Pay, and Allowances. 1 9.1 For the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014, the regular rate of pay for each 2 position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for 3 each class as provided in the Classification Plan and Classified Salary Schedule 4 which is attached hereto as Appendix "B" and by reference made a part of this 5 Agreement. The following exceptions shall apply: 7 Incumbents in classifications in which the salary recommendations result in a 8 lower range as a result of the Classification Study-1998 will remain at their current 9 range as long as they are employed in that classification with the District. Unit 10 members in these classifications who are hired as of the ratification date of this 11 Agreement, February 17, 1999, shall be placed in the new range recommended by 12 the Study.

  • PAY AND ALLOWANCES 6.1. REGULAR RATE OF PAY: The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class as provided for in Article 19. The regular rate of pay shall include any shift differential and/or longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.

  • Wages and Allowances The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix.

  • Salary and Allowances A Teacher on part-time assignment shall be paid according to the salary schedule and allowances in this Collective Agreement, pro-rated unless otherwise specified in this agreement.

  • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

  • SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES 20.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages by direct deposit bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Tool Allowances The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required to perform the work.

  • Other Allowances The District shall pay to each teacher appointed by the District to the following positions, the Allowance respectively set forth opposite each such position, namely: Effective September 1, 2008

  • Expense Allowances A Teacher shall be reimbursed each month for authorized out-of-pocket expenses upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents.
