WALL HANGINGS. Tenant shall use straight pins to hang things on the wall. Anything heavier needs to be approved by landlord as to location and type of hanger to use. Command strips often peel paint off wall. ______, ______ ALTERATIONS & IMPROVEMENTS - Tenant shall make no alterations to the buildings on the premises or construct any building or make any other improvements without the prior written consent of the landlord. All alterations, changes, and improvements built, constructed, or placed on the premises by the tenant, with the exception of fixtures removable without damage to the premises and movable personal property, shall, unless otherwise provided by written agreement, be the property of the landlord and remain on the premises at the expiration or sooner termination of this lease.   • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates.
