Warranty to Customers. DISTRIBUTOR shall be solely responsible for advising its Customers of the terms, conditions and limitations of the GCT Product Warranty. DISTRIBUTOR specifically agrees to include a warranty statement to all Customers that sets forth the limitations and conditions of the GCT Product Warranty, including a conspicuous presentation of the disclaimers of implied warranties set forth above and the limitation of liability set forth in Article 16.1 below.
Warranty to Customers. The Distributor will provide each of its customers that purchases a Product a warranty identical in all material respects to that provided by the Company to the Distributor pursuant to Section 8.1. The Distributor will provide each of its customers with documentation provided by the Company, informing each customer that except for a breach of the specific warranties contained in Section 8.1, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage nor be subject to any other remedy. The Distributor will make no other warranties, guarantees or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the Products, whether on its own behalf or on behalf of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Distributor will have the right to translate the warranty into another language; provided, however, that the Company will have the right to review and approve such translation prior to its distribution to customers. The Distributor shall include in each of its agreements with its end user customers and/or any agreement with subdistributors and/ or agents permitted by the Company in accordance with Section 1.3 above, provisions incorporating the terms hereof and confirming the customers’ and/or subdistributors’ and/or agents’ acknowledgement of and agreement to the same.

Warranty to Customers. Whenever market practice may allow it, Licensee agrees to use reasonable efforts, and to require its Sub-Licensees to use reasonable efforts, to limit their warranty of all Atlas Bradford Oil Field Connections on Products and Accessory Equipment Threaded or Reconstructed by it or its Sub-Licensees pursuant to this Agreement to the terms stated in Schedule "E".

BMW Warranties (a) Each BMW Vehicle supplied by BMW NA will be warranted to the customer by BMW NA in accordance with the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, the Limited Emissions Warranties, and the Limited Warranty against Rust Perforation. Each Original BMW Part supplied by BMW NA will be warranted to the customer by BMW NA in accordance with the Limited Warranty on Original BMW Parts or the Limited Warranty on Original BMW Parts Purchased Over the Counter, as the case may be. Incorporation of BMW (b) Center agrees to make all sales of BMW Warranties in Center's Vehicles and Original BMW Parts in such a way Sales that its customers acquire all rights in accordance with the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, the Limited Emissions Warranties, the Limited Warranty against Rust Perforation, the Limited Warranty on Original BMW Parts, or the Limited Warranty on Original BMW Parts Purchased Over the Counter, as the case may be. Center will supply consumers with a copy of such warranties in such fashion as may from time to time be required by BMW NA or by applicable law. Exclusion of Warranties (c) TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR IN THE NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY, THE LIMITED EMISSIONS WARRANTIES, THE LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST RUST PERFORATION, THE LIMITED WARRANTY ON ORIGINAL BMW PARTS, AND THE LIMITED WARRANTY ON ORIGINAL BMW PARTS SOLD OVER THE COUNTER, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED AND BMW NA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO CONSUMERS. THE EXCLUSION ALSO APPLIES TO INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES FOR ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS, IF ANY, APPLICABLE TO 38 <PAGE> BMW PRODUCTS. Warranty to Customers. Dealer shall show customers any applicable Yamaha warranty prior to sale of the Products and will furnish customers a copy of any applicable Yamaha warranty at the time of sale. Dealer shall not give, or purport to give any additional or different warranty to customers on behalf of Yamaha, other than the applicable written warranty of Yamaha for the Products.
Warranty to Customers. Dealer shall make all sales of Honda Automobiles and Honda Automobile Parts in such manner that the customers shall acquire all rights accorded thereto by the Manufacturer's or Distributor's written warranty as amended from time to time by Distributor, to the exclusion of any other, further or different warranty from or on behalf of Honda Motor or Distributor.
