The sponsor may accelerate, by an evaluation process, the advancement of apprentices who demonstrate abilities and mastery of the occupation to the level for which they are qualified. When the apprentice is granted advanced standing, the sponsor must notify the Employer/training agent of the appropriate wage per the wage progression schedule specified in these Standards. Note: Six (6) months period=nine hundred (900) hours; last twelve (12) month period = eighteen hundred (1800) hours.
