Wage Classifications. The employer agrees to pay wages according to the classification of rate set forth in the attached Appendix "A" which forms part of this Agreement.
Wage Classifications. The wage rates and classifications for employees covered by this agreement shall be those shown in Appendix “A” attached hereto and forming an integral part of this agreement.
Wage Classifications. Wages shown for the respective job classifications in the attached schedule are effective July 21, 2000, and remain in effect until July 31, 2004.
Wage Classifications. (a) The classification of the employees and the classification of new occupations shall be done by the Company.
(b) The classification of existing occupations within the recognized bargaining unit and the wage rates applying thereto shall be shown in Schedule "A" which is made part of this agreement and is signed for identification by the parties hereto. In the event that the job content of any occupation is substantially changed during the term of this agreement, or that a new occupation is established, the occupation may be reclassified or classified, as the case may be, by the Company, but the Company agrees to discuss and review such changes or new classification with the Union. It is agreed that in the event the Union does not agree with the Company, the Union may grieve the issue of the appropriate rate of pay.
(c) While an employee may at any time discuss his/her classification with the Supervisor, no request for a change in the classification of such employee need be entertained by the Company unless presented to the Company by the Union within thirty days following the date of classification or change of classification to which such employee objects. Insofar as is practicable the Company agrees to inform the Union with regard to changes in classification.
(d) An employee shall be paid the rate for the occupational classification to which the employee is assigned, provided the employee is qualified to perform the duties of such classification and provided the assignment is for more than one hour, unless the assignment is to a lower rated classification for the convenience of the Company, in which case the employee shall be paid the rate of the higher classification.
Wage Classifications. CONSULTANT shall furnish a list of wage classifications for all classes of personnel to be performing services. For billing purposes, CONSULTANT shall furnish a list of personnel to be providing the services. The list shall include the name, employee number, classification and actual salary of each employee. CITY will be advised in writing of revisions to personnel roster.

Wage classifications as used in the Schedules of Wages set forth above are as follows: Rate Schedule A (Base Laborers Rate) General construction, dump man, fire xxxxxxxx, flagman, salamanders, truck spotters Caulkers, operators of pneumatic & electric tools, vibrating machines, concrete saws & pumps (which include hookups of most and or pipe), pot tender, & sewer pipelayers, demolition (where walls are required to be ridden down by hand tools, driller, (except core, diamonds and multiple wagon, forklift laborers, gunite materials & rebound workers, xxxxx plaster tenders, cement workers, mobile buggy operators, operators of portable power saws, power sewing machines, scaffold builders, shorting, signalman, hook up man, including, when working with digging and grading equipment, stripping of all flat archwork & for work cleaning & oiling thereof, tool room attendant. Burners & welders, caisson men, top men (Where excavation for caissons are dug 8 feet or more below the natural grade level adjacent to the starting point of the caisson hole, the rate shall apply at ground level, concrete specialist driller (core, diamond, or multiple nozzle & rod workers) sandblasters (nozzlemen), tunneling, underpinning excavation (when an underpinning is dug 8 feet or more, working in compressed air. Caisson workers, bottom man, (See qualifications for top man in Schedule C above). Blasters, Laborers engaged in unloading, placing, & assisting in the installation of well point systems or deep well systems as long as needed on the job. Asbestos Removal (certified), toxic waste removal, lead abatement, Hazardous waste worker (certified). All Laborers’ that shall use “All Terrain Forklifts” which by definition is described in this agreement in the Manual of Jurisdiction under “Tenders”.

8.1 Hourly wages for the various job classifications are effective July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2015. Increments are effective on July 1 of each year and will apply only if an employee has worked for 150 calendar days prior to July 1. *See Appendix A for Salary Schedule *See Appendix B for Salary Schedule
8.2 When an employee, other than substitute, works a regular schedule that extends beyond 6:30 p.m. an additional five cents ($.05) will be added to the hourly wage as set forth in schedule 8.1.
8.3 Longevity shall be paid annually in a lump sum during the month of the anniversary date of hire. If the employee is on a leave of absence unpaid by the district for up to one year on their anniversary date full longevity will be paid. Longevity will be prorated for the amount of time worked in the year they return to work. If the employee terminates during a year where longevity is earned, the amount shall be prorated.
