Washington State Paid Family Medical Leave. Eligible employees are covered by Washington’s Family and Medical Leave Program, RCW 50A.04. Eligibility for leave and benefits is established by Washington law and is therefore independent of this Agreement. Premiums for benefits are established by law and are split between the Employee and Employer. Employees will pay through payroll deduction the full cost of the premiums associated with family leave benefits as determined by the State pursuant to RCW 50A.10.
