Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault. Stalking a Violation. For the purposes of this Paragraph 21, any crime involving domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or related offenses shall always constitute Your default of this Agreement. If any domestic violence restraining order or similar governmental order is issued by a court of law as a result of such an act or acts, You understand and agree that We shall not provide keys to the Perpetrator for replacement locks for the Home pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 9(C), even where the Perpetrator is the sole Lessee listed in this Agreement.
