Website Design and Development. VIS services include website design and development based upon directions and input provided by you. However, the Company is not responsible for the content. This also includes the service for electronic mail (E-mail). VIS does not guarantee a backup mail server. It is the responsibility of the Client to setup a backup server if needed by the user. • The website, graphics and any programming codes remain the property of VIS until all outstanding accounts are paid in full • Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed to) written by VIS remain the copyright of VIS and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the express permission of VIS • The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to VIS all materials required for completing the site to the agreed specifications. VIS would update the information with the dummy contents in the website if the Client fails to deliver the information on time • VIS will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines • Client has a maximum of 14 days to respond with amendments or changes once the website is live, after which time the project will be closed. • Any additional changes after the 14 days of website live will incur additional charges at an hourly rate of AU$100. • All the content provided by the client are assumed to be legal and accurate. • Once the website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is due and payable in accordance with our payment terms • Personal or Satisfaction Guarantee unlimited hours related to AAA (adjustment, alignment & activation) which excludes major changes. All fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your Service is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of current service term.
Website Design and Development. FDC requires that a functional and technical specification, as well as design templates are approved by the Client before development and coding of a site commences. Once these specifications and design templates are approved by the Client, the development stage will commence; any changes to site structure, functionality, navigation or design that requires amendments to the agreed templates will incur an additional charge. Once the template design phase is complete, FDC will provide the Client with the opportunity to review the resulting work. FDC will make one set of minor amends at no extra cost within the agreed review period, usually 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Minor changes include text changes and minor adjustments to placement of items on the page. This will not include additional features, functionality, structural or design changes including changes to colour palette or navigation. Any minor changes may be requested by notifying FDC by e-mail within the agreed review period. FDC will consider that the Client has accepted the template designs if no notification of changes is received in writing from the Client within the agreed review period. Failure by the Client to approve the design templates within the agreed review period will delay the project and could incur additional charges. Hosting Websites FDC offers packaged hosting services through an out-sourced server. FDC does not guarantee continuous service and will accept no liability for loss of service, whatever the cause. FDC may request that clients change the package they have selected or the type of hosting account used if that account is deemed by FDC to be unacceptable because of poor service, lack of bandwidth or in any other way insufficient to support the website. Fees for hosting on FDC’s server are due at the commencement of any period of service and are non-refundable. FDC are not liable for the renewal of domain names, which are the sole responsibility of the Client / domain owner unless expressly agreed, nor for maintaining updates to the Client’s website unless that service is agreed in a hosting package or via an ongoing service retainer.

Website Design and Development.  All websites are developed to work primarily across all major browsers and platforms at the time of creation, this includes mobile devices. The website will be ‘responsive’ which means it will resize to fit the browser window.  Any adaptation of the website to function properly with new browsers version or other browsers/devices that have been updated or arrived on the market since the website was agreed, will be treated as additional work and priced on an individual basis.
