Weekend Holiday. Holidays will be observed on the day of their occurrence 16 except that Sunday holidays shall be observed on the following Monday and Saturday holidays shall 17 be observed on the preceding Friday, provided that employees who are scheduled to work on 18 weekends shall observe the holiday on the day on which it actually falls and not on Friday or Monday 19 if it falls on Saturday or Sunday.
