A. Leave of Absence
WFSE Council President and Vice-President. A. Leave of Absence positions” the Employer incurs as a result of placing the Council President and Vice-President on leave with pay during the period of absence. The Union will reimburse the Employer.
WFSE Council President and Vice-President. A. Leave of Absence Upon request of the Union, the Employer will grant leave with pay for the WFSE Council President and Vice-President for the term of his or her office. The Union will give the Employer at least thirty (30) calendar days prior notice, unless otherwise agreed. The Union will reimburse the Employer for the “fully burdened costs of the positions” the Employer incurs as a result of placing the Council President and Vice-President on leave with pay during the period of absence. The Union will reimburse the Employer by the 20th of each month for the previous month.
