Withdrawal from Residence. If a Resident chooses to withdraw from the Residence for any reason, a $650 withdrawal fee is charged for early termination of this Agreement. In addition, the Resident is responsible for the period in which they occupied the Room at a pro-rated cost. All requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to Student Housing & Residence Life a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the date of departure. Failure to do so will result in a $600 administrative fee as outlined in Section 5.5.

b) withdrawing from both residence and University. In either case, you must complete a formal Withdrawal Form. Please see Appendix 3 for complete withdrawal information including deadlines and financial penalties. Students who do not submit notice of withdrawal by the October due date (see Appendix 2 for exact date) will be responsible for second term residence and meal plan fees.

3. The “scheduled move-in day” for the 2024-2025 academic year is August 25, 2024, for first year students, and August 31, 2024, for upper year students.

The percentage charged applies to the move-out date whereby the Room has been completely emptied and the keys have been returned to Student Housing & Residence Life.
