OP/BP 7.50 Projects on International Waterways Ascertain whether riparian agreements are in place, and ensure that riparian states are informed of and do not object to project interventions. OP/BP 7.60 Projects in Disputed Areas Ensure that claimants to deputed are as have not objection to proposed project.

In the event such certification is found to be intentionally false or intentionally incomplete, the State may terminate the agreement by providing written notification to the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
