Your Liability for Transactions a. If you believe that a Transaction has been incorrectly executed or was not authorised by you, you must inform us immediately via Customer Services. Failure to notify us immediately on becoming aware or, in any event, within 13 months from the date of the unauthorised or incorrectly executed Transaction will result in you losing your entitlement to have the matter corrected. b. Where we establish that a Transaction was not authorised by you and you have notified us in a timely manner and within 13 months of the date of the unauthorised Transaction, unless Section 13(c) applies, we shall refund to you the full amount debited without authorisation. c. You will be liable for: i. all losses incurred in respect of a Transaction made by us which was not authorised by you, if you have acted fraudulently, or have intentionally or with gross negligence failed to comply with the obligations set out under Keeping Your Card and OnePay Account Secure (Section 10) or you have not notified us in a timely manner in accordance with Section 13(b); and ii. where Section 13(c)(i) does not apply, up to £35 of any losses incurred in respect of a Transaction not authorised by you, where you have otherwise failed to comply with your obligations under Keeping Your Card and OnePay Account Secure (Section10). d. In any event, we will refund the full amount where: i. The loss, theft or misuse was not detectable to you prior to a Transaction; and/or ii. The unauthorised Transaction was caused by the acts or lack of action on our part (including an employee or agent or a third party to which we have outsourced activities). e. If any of the above circumstances in this Section 13(a) and (b) apply, you may also contact the Merchant as this may support the resolution of the dispute. If you would like us to raise a Chargeback to try and resolve the matter and we (in our absolute discretion) consider it is appropriate to do so and that you are eligible and have legitimate reasons for this, we will make reasonable efforts to try and chargeback the transaction however we cannot guarantee this will be successful. We may (in our absolute discretion) charge you an administration fee for raising the chargeback (as set out in Section 15 below) and we will confirm this to you before we commence the chargeback process on your behalf. Your Liability for Transactions. You are liable for all authorised card transactions and cash advances. In addition, you shall be responsible for unauthorised transactions made, up to S$100, referred to in Clause 5.3 below.

You authorize transactions by: a) Using your Card, PIN or Credentials to access an Electronic Financial Service; b) Providing your Card, Card expiry date and/or CVV2 to a merchant or other third party to complete a Card Not Present Transaction; c) Using your Card for an Interac Flash transaction at a participating merchant; or d) Authorizing anyone else to do a), b) or c) above. You are also liable if: • You make any entry error or worthless or fraudulent deposit through an Electronic Financial Service; • You fail to notify us as soon as you suspect or become aware that your Card, PIN or Credentials may have become known to someone else or your Card, PIN or Credentials have been lost, stolen or misused; • You voluntarily allow another person to use your computer, mobile device, tablet or other device that you use to access an Electronic Financial Service; or • You fail to notify us as soon as you suspect or become aware that your computer, mobile device, tablet or other device that you use to access an Electronic Financial Service has been lost, stolen or misused. Page 2 of 6 530012 (1121) Your liability may exceed your account's credit balance or available funds if: • The account is a credit card account or a Line of Credit account, has overdraft protection, or is linked with another account having some or all of these features. In these cases, you will be liable for the amount borrowed, plus interest and/or service charges; • The transaction is completed on the basis of an entry error or a fraudulent or worthless deposit made through an Electronic Financial Service. Your liability will include (but not be limited to) the amount of the fraudulent or worthless deposit. We will not hold you liable for TD account losses resulting from transactions completed through an Electronic Financial Service, where it can be shown that you have been a victim of fraud, theft or have been coerced by trickery, force or intimidation provided you report the unauthorized incident to us promptly, cooperate fully in any subsequent investigation and have not contributed to the occurrence of such transaction.
Your Liability for Transactions. Certain payments initiated through the Transaction Platform, such as wires, may be irreversible by us once the payment instruction is provided. You agree and understand that we may not be able to reverse or recover funds associated with a payment initiated from your Currencycloud Account if you allow a third-party (whether authorized by you or not) to access your Currencycloud Account, or otherwise mistakenly execute a payment, and you may not be entitled to redress for any such unauthorized or incorrectly executed payments unless otherwise required by applicable Money Transmission Laws, or other applicable laws governing your use of the VGSI Services. You are responsible for any loss you may suffer because of a settlement to your Currencycloud Account being carried out in accordance with you or your Authorized Person’s instructions and these Terms, or a problematic transaction where you do not comply with the error notification process set out in section 9.2 below.

Crossroads Bank employees do not need and should not ask for your password. Do not disclose your password to anyone. If, despite the Bank’s advice, you give your password to anyone, you do so at your own risk. Anyone with access to your Digital Banking password or other means of account access will have full access to your accounts, even if the other person exceeds the authority you intended or agreed upon. Should you believe your password has been compromised, please request that it be changed immediately. You must notify Crossroads Bank that your password has been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised. Please contact us at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000, during Bank business hours. You hereby agree to release Crossroads Bank from any liability and agree not to make any claim or bring any actions against us for striving to carry out the requests made through the Digital Banking system under your password. You also agree to indemnify Crossroads Bank and hold it harmless from and against any and all liability (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) arising from any such claims or actions. Crossroads Bank is entitled to act on instructions received through Digital Banking under your password and without inquiring into the identity of the person using the password. Crossroads Bank has no responsibility for establishing the identity of any person using your password.

  • Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers Immediately following your discovery of an unauthorized Payment Instruction, you shall communicate with customer care for the Service in the manner set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. You acknowledge and agree that time is of the essence in such situations. If you tell us within two (2) Business Days after you discover your password or other means to access your account through which you access the Service has been lost or stolen, your liability is no more than $50.00 should someone access your account without your permission. If you do not tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of such loss or theft, and we can prove that we could have prevented the unauthorized use of your password or other means to access your account if you had told us, you could be liable for as much as $500.00. If your monthly financial institution statement contains payments that you did not authorize, you must tell us at once. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the statement was sent to you, you may lose any amount transferred without your authorization after the sixty (60) days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money had you told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) prevented you from telling us, we will extend the time periods specified above to a reasonable period.
