Your Use. You will ensure that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the Services.
Your Use. You agree not to use Globalstar Service for any purpose in violation of the Agreement or applicable law, or in any manner which interferes unreasonably with the use of the Globalstar Service by any other subscriber or with GUSA's ability to provide service to other subscribers.
Your Use. You agree to use: • the software and documentation only for your own purposes and not to exploit them for your own commercial gain; • the documentation only in relation to your use of the software; and • reasonable care and protection to prevent the unauthorised use, copying, publication, or dissemination of the software.
Your Use. You are responsible for ensuring that (a) the Online Services are suitable for your needs and (b) your use, and the use by any Authorized Users, is in compliance with this Appendix and all applicable laws, including but not limited to data privacy and security laws. If you become aware of any noncompliance by any Authorized User, you will promptly bring the Authorized User into compliance which may include removing noncompliant content or terminating access. If you develop or use applications that operate in conjunction with the Online Services for or on behalf of any third party, Red Hat may require the third party to obtain Subscriptions from Red Hat such that their use is subject to the terms and conditions of this Appendix.
Your Use. The Products and Services may only be used for lawful purposes, and any posting or transmission of data or other use of the Products and Services in violation of any applicable state, federal or other law is strictly prohibited. Your Authorized Users may use the Products and Services only to access your own data and to fulfill your internal information processing needs. You may not use the Products and Services to process the data of a third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your accounts and the Authorized User accounts. You shall: (i) have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any Customer Property; (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Products and Services, and notify us promptly of any such unauthorized use; (iii) be responsible for acquiring and maintaining the software, equipment and communications programs necessary to connect to the Products and Services and to download, print and otherwise process data delivered by the Products and Services, and (iv) comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and foreign laws in using the Products and Services. You hereby acknowledge and understand that the Products and Services are not configured to directly or indirectly receive and store Customer Property, or any other information, relating to: (a) government issued identifications, including, but not limited to, Social Security Numbers (in whole or in part) and Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers; (b) unauthorized third party content; or (c) personal health information (“PHI”), and that we are neither a “Covered Entity” nor a “Business Associate,” as those terms are defined in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). You agree that we may terminate this Order Form immediately, if you are found to be in violation of any part of this provision. You shall not use the Products and Services to: (i) send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; (ii) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violate third party privacy rights; (iii) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; or (iv) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the...
Your Use. You must only use your Services lawfully and in accordance with this Agreement, for your personal, domestic or household use. You must only use the Services in compliance with the Foxtel Fair Use Policy. You must not use or attempt to use your Services: • in any way that is unlawful, to break any law, to damage any property, to injure any person, to menace or harass any person, to incite hatred against any person, or infringe any other person’s intellectual property or other rights; • to transmit, publish or communicate material that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, menacing or unwanted (or promote others to engage in such acts); • to send excessive unsolicited data to third parties or for any purpose that may result in a virus, worm, trojan or similar program being sent; • to access, host or send any ‘prohibited content’, as that term is defined in the Broadcasting Services Xxx 0000 (Cth); • in any way that might: o expose us or any of our Suppliers to liability or the risk of legal or administrative action, including prosecution under any law, or bring us or any of our Suppliers into disrepute; o damage the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network; or o cause interruption, interference or degradation in the performance of your Services, any other customer’s Foxtel services, the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network. You must not interfere with the normal operation of, or make unsafe, the Services, the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network. You must not access or interfere with any network, system, equipment or facility that is owned, operated or controlled by any of our Suppliers, unless you are authorised to do so. You must not establish, maintain or permit a connection to the Foxtel Network or any Supplier Network that is prohibited by or does not meet the requirements of any technical or interconnection standards made by a Regulatory Authority, unless such connection is made in accordance with a connection permit issued under an applicable law. You must comply with all directions given by a Regulator and all reasonable directions given by us in connection with your Services. You must also comply with all reasonable directions given by us to comply with any requirements of our Suppliers in connection with the supply or use of your Services.
Your Use. You are responsible for ensuring that (a) the Red Hat Online Subscriptions are suitable for your needs and (b) your use, and the use by any Authorized Users, of the Red Hat Online Subscriptions is in compliance with this Appendix and all applicable laws, including but not limited to data privacy and security laws. If you become aware of any violation by any Authorized User, you agree to promptly bring the Authorized User into compliance which may include removing content that violates these terms or terminating access. If you develop or use applications that operate in conjunction with the Red Hat Online Subscriptions for and/or on behalf of any third party, Red Hat may require the third party to obtain Red Hat Online Subscriptions from Red Hat such that their use is subject to the terms and conditions of this Appendix.
Your Use. You may carry out farm operations and use the Plot in accordance with the farm operation policy attached as Exhibit A and the other provisions of this Agreement.
Your Use. You agree to use (and to procure that your authorized users use) the Subscription Services in accordance with, and to comply with, all applicable laws and regulations and the terms of this Subscription Agreement. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the Subscription Services for your use. If you develop Applications that operate in conjunction with the ServisBot Subscription Services for and on behalf of any third party, ServisBot may require the third party to obtain Subscription Services from ServisBot whereby such use is subject to the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement. You are solely responsible for the actions of your authorized users.
Your Use. You may use the Product membership only for non-commercial purposes. You may not use or order the Product membership for anyone else.
