Authority to Proceed definition

Authority to Proceed means the authority given to the Driver of a train, under the system of working, to enter the block section with his train;
Authority to Proceed or “ATP” the authorisation to the Supplier to commence the provision of the relevant Operational Services to the Authority, provided by the Authority in the form of a Milestone Achievement Certificate in respect of the ATP Milestone;
Authority to Proceed or “ATP” means the authorisation to the Service Provider to commence the provision of the relevant Operational Services to the Purchaser, provided by the Purchaser in the form of a Milestone Achievement Certificate in respect of the ATP Milestone.

  • In the event of you being in default of your obligation to pay us within the payment terms as listed in the attached Fee Proposal and Authority to Proceed and the overdue invoice(s) are then referred to a debt collection agency and/or law firm for collection and we are charged commission and/or disbursements and/or legal fees, you agree that you will be liable to pay as a liquidated debt to us any commission, disbursements and legal fees payable by us.

  • The term of this Agreement shall be effective upon the issuance by PAGCOR of the Authority to Proceed and shall continue to be effective unless otherwise terminated by a party through written notice to the other Parties.


More Definitions of Authority to Proceed
