Best in Class means service levels, product development and related services that are in the top 10 per cent. of Payment Protection Product providers in the relevant Territory;
Best in Class price management means selling the product at the “best” price while achieving volume targets within one’s market share bands. In case of deviations, dynamic adjustments are required.
Best in Class standards (as defined by National Quality Review ("NQR")) for telephone call quality, financial transaction accuracy rates and for non-financial transaction accuracy rates as measured by NQR or a similar methodology developed by the Trust.

Best in Class means that an Internet-based local search publishing platform’s architecture, functions, features, search, search engine optimization, design, performance and operation (when taken as a whole) share attributes at least as good as those found in comparable European Internet Yellow Page publishing solutions that at least offer local search, and that the publishing platform’s off-the-shelf versions of the application software licensable to the Customer under this Agreement would reasonably be considered one of the top three Yellow Pages destination sites in Europe, excluding other Local Matters clients using similar services of Local Matters.
