Commissionable Revenue definition

Commissionable Revenue means, for any period of time with respect to a Customer, the aggregate of all amounts actually collected by Rxxxxx Wireless Inc. from such Customer with respect to properly billed charges for (i) local airtime use, (ii) monthly service fees for the use of the Wireless Voice Services, and (iii) any other items that Rxxxxx Wireless Inc. may, in its sole discretion, determine. The aggregate of the foregoing amounts will be adjusted by charges or credits that Rxxxxx Wireless Inc. may make from time to time in the normal course of its business. Commissionable Revenue does not include any amounts that Rxxxxx Wireless Inc. has billed Customers with respect to the above items that have been written off as uncollectable or any such amounts that Rxxxxx Wireless Inc. later recovers (as a result of the efforts of a collection agency or otherwise). Commissionable Revenue also does not include any amounts with respect to any charges for the following:
Commissionable Revenue means the license fees and royalties for COMPANY Products {excluding third party royalties or license fees, any Xxxx of Materials (CDs, labels, etc.,), sales and withholding taxes, C.O.D. charges, insurance, import duties, handling, freight, trade discounts, credits allowed or refunds made for defective, exchanged or returned/eliminated Products, quantity or prompt payment discounts, repairs, services, maintenance charges and the like, unless otherwise specified herein} received by COMPANY from MANUFACTURERs headquarter in the Territory, that have been accepted and earned as publicly reported and recognizable income during the term of this Agreement by COMPANY, for which COMPANY has lawful use of and control over the funds received, and that resulted from significant effort on the part of REPRESENTATIVE. REPRESENTATIVE agrees that COMPANY’s reasonable determination of the amount of the Commissionable Revenue and commission earned by REPRESENTATIVE will be final and binding on REPRESENTATIVE. If fees and royalties are collected in currencies other than United States Dollars, the commission may, in COMPANY’s discretion, be paid in the currency collected or paid in United States Dollars based upon the exchange rate for the currency on the date that COMPANY pays the commission to REPRESENTATIVE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, REPRESENTATIVE shall only be entitled to a commission on Commissionable Revenues generated by sales to MANUFACTURERs in the Territory if the Products are first introduced to the MANUFACTURERs through their operations in the Territory.
Commissionable Revenue is defined as local line charges, local and regional usage, if applicable, long distance usage, international usage, feature charges relating to services sold by Agent in accordance with this Agreement (excluding taxes, installation charges, local loops, termination charges and other fixed monthly service fees such as FCC line charge, etc.). Commissionable Revenue shall also include revenue for additional services sold by agent as added to this agreement. All commissions are due and payable within 60 days of the month in which billing occurred. Commissions will be offset for charge-backs, bad debt and any non-recurring charges assumed by Agent on behalf of customer.

Examples of Commissionable Revenue in a sentence

  • Such Commissionable Revenue will be added back in the quarter in which the payment is received from the customer and will be included in the next succeeding Commission payment.

  • The amount of Commissionable Revenue will be subtracted in the quarter the product return or product credit is processed.

  • In the event that a product for which the Sales Team received credit as Commissionable Revenue is returned (or the Company credited the customer’s account as though the product was returned), the corresponding amount of Commissionable Revenue related to the returned or credited product shall be subtracted from the Commissionable Revenue otherwise credited to the Sales Team.

  • Further, if one or more assigned accounts are greater than 90 days past the due date established by the applicable payment terms, the corresponding amount of Commissionable Revenue previously credited to the Sales Team shall be subtracted and the next quarterly Commission payment shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • Usage Commissions shall be paid by Qwest approximately forty-five (45) days following the end of the month in which the Commissionable Revenue is billed.


More Definitions of Commissionable Revenue

Commissionable Revenue means the fees actually collected and retained by BigCommerce from each Referred Merchant under such Referred Merchant’s Services Agreement, less: (i) any third-party payment or credit card processing fees, and (ii) any chargebacks, refunds, return credits or similar costs. Additionally, Commissionable Revenue excludes Third Party Service and Product Fees (as defined below) and any other fees received by BigCommerce in connection with any other service provided by BigCommerce (e.g., professional services).
Commissionable Revenue shall consist of revenues billed by Norcom for end-users usage of Norcom LD Services.
Commissionable Revenue means gross sales revenue less (i) discounts, returns, allowances and credits (whenever taken or applied), (ii) sales, use and other taxes, and (iii) shipping and handling charges.
Commissionable Revenue means the subscription fees collected and retained by Recipient from a Qualified Referral for the Covered Product less any chargebacks, refunds, return credits or similar costs. For clarity, Commissionable Revenue excludes fees for professional services provided with the Covered Product and fees for third party products and services purchased in connection with the Covered Product.
Commissionable Revenue shall consist of revenues arising from qualified local dial tone, interstate, intrastate, international, and calling card usage volume, billed by NUI for usage of NAS’s Telecom Services by those Customers of NAS and NUI with whom the Agent is the representative and further described as: (i) Qualified interstate and intrastate usage volume, collectively known as Domestic volume, and consisting of calls placed inside the territorial bounds of the United States (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) by the Customers of NAS with whom the Agent is the representative; and (ii) Qualified international volume consisting of calls placed from the United States to locations outside the territorial bounds of the United States and during the standard and/or discount economy rate period by Customers of NAS with whom the Agent is the representative; provided however that Commissionable Revenues shall exclude surcharges, service fees, finance charges, federal, state and local taxes, Universal Service Fund fees, PICC, monthly recurring charges and any other billed amounts not relating to monthly service or usage charges.
Commissionable Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1 hereof.
Commissionable Revenue means all non-refundable fees paid to Company by all franchisees or developers of Qualified Franchise Units within the Exclusive Territory, regardless of when or how they became Qualified Franchise Units. Commissionable Revenue shall include, but not be limited to Franchise Fees, multi-unit/territory development Fees, transfer fees, Franchise Fees paid by existing franchisees for the establishment of additional Franchise Units, renewal fees, and all other non-refundable payments received by the Company from franchisees. Commissionable Revenue shall not include any periodic royalty fees and advertising fees received by the Company from franchisees.
