Examples of Common Building Facilities in a sentence
The term "Common Building Facilities" shall mean all of the common facilities in the Building designed and intended for use by all tenants in the Building in common with Landlord and each other, including, but not limited to, hallways, elevators, fire stairs, restrooms, service areas, lobbies and all other common areas of the Building intended for such use.
Landlord shall employ and/or contract with persons of sufficient number and experience to maintain the Building and Common Building Facilities and to perform the services within its control which Landlord is required to perform under this Lease.
The Land, Building, Leased Premises, Common Building Facilities, Building Services Systems, Leased Premises Service Systems, and Building Parking Area are collectively referred to in this Lease as the “Project” .
Provided Tenant performs the covenants and obligations in this Lease on Tenant’s part to be performed, Landlord covenants and agrees to take all necessary steps to secure and to maintain for the benefit of Tenant the quiet and peaceful possession of the Leased Premises, the Common Building Facilities and Building Parking Area for the Term, without hindrance, claim or molestation by Landlord or any other Person.
Landlord covenants and agrees, provided Tenant performs the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease, to take all necessary steps to secure and to maintain for the benefit of Tenant the quiet and peaceful possession of the Leased Premises and the Common Building Facilities, for the term of this Lease, without hindrance, claim or molestation by Landlord or any other person.
