Compiled Information definition

Compiled Information means information that is derived from the selection, aggregation or reformulation of all, or a subset of all, the information from more than one individual Court Record in electronic form.

More Definitions of Compiled Information

Compiled Information means any information, data, and metadata derived from or generated by Customer’s and its Membersaccess and use of the Learning Services Platform and the Learning Services and any questions, answers and other feedback submitted to Interactive Areas, but expressly excluding personally identifiable information and personal data of a Member and which cannot be used, alone or in conjunction with other information, to identify any specific person or entity. Compiled Information will always be anonymized such that it will not identify Customer or its Members and may be aggregated with Compiled Information of other customers to create statistical information such as performance and benchmarking data. “Customer Data” means any data submitted to the Learning Services Platform by or on behalf of Customer, including without limitation from Third Party Services or by Customer’s Members.
