Government Employees are allowed to voluntarily work a "Compressed Work Schedule" (CWS).
For a part-time employee, overtime work consists of hours outside of the Compressed Work Schedule for the day (more than at least 8 hours a day) or for the week (more than at least 40 hours).
Supervisors will resolve conflicts in scheduling the regular day off for an employee working a 5-4/9 or 4-10 Compressed Work Schedule.
