Basic Work Schedule. 7.1. Any current work schedule change shall be subject to two weeks notice, except in an emergency.

Basic Work Schedule. The administrative workweek will be a period of 7 consecutive calendar days beginning on Sunday. The basic required workweek schedule will be 5 consecutive days of 8 hours each, normally Monday through Friday. Within each pay period employees will be scheduled for 2 consecutive days off. Management will consider employee requests for non-consecutive days off. The occurrence of holidays will not affect the designation of the basic workweek.
Basic Work Schedule. The work week for unit members shall be thirty five (35) hours per week. The monthly schedule for each unit member shall be developed by the administration. If the monthly work schedule needs to be changed, a two week notice must be given to the concerned parties.
Basic Work Schedule. The basic work schedule shall be forty-eight (48) hours on duty, and ninety-six (96) hours off duty, repeating, with relief time of 0700 hours. The regular workday for twenty-four (24) hour employees shall be from 0700 to 2100 hours. Duties on scheduled holidays will be limited to normal station cleaning and emergency response. Duties during meal times will be limited to emergency response.
Basic Work Schedule. The basic work schedule for full time employees is five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, with eight (8) hours each day. The schedule must contain forty (40) hours per week and eighty (80) hours per pay period. The occurrence of holidays will not affect the designation of the basic work schedule. Employees may select fixed starting and ending times in quarter hour increments, consistent with the basic work requirement.
Basic Work Schedule. Employees may have a standard schedule, which consists of five (5) 8-hour days, 40-hours a week and 80-hours bi-weekly, Monday through Friday, excluding the prescribed lunch period and two fifteen (15) minute breaks each day. Employees working the basic schedule will be eligible for overtime or compensatory time pursuant to law, rule, and regulation.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

In the event that the CITY determines that such work does constitute extra work, it shall provide compensation to the FIRST PARTY in accordance with an agreed cost that is fair and equitable. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY. Such supplemental agreement shall be executed by the FIRST PARTY and may be approved by the City Manager upon recommendation of the Department Head.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • NORMAL WORK SCHEDULES 112. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, a “normal work day” is a tour of duty of eight (8) hours completed within not more than nine (9) hours. The normal work week for employees covered by this agreement is 40 hours.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.
