Core Service Hours definition

Core Service Hours means 7am – 10pm at Trinity Bridge House and 7.30am – 5.30pm at Cotton House, Glasgow and Elgin House, Edinburgh.

Core Service Hours during which Cardinus’s service desk will be manned are as follows: • UK service desk: Between 09.00 – 17.30 (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays in the UK; • US service desk: Between 03.30 – 17.00 (EST) Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the USA. The relevant Authorisation will set out which service desk will be available to the Customer, based on the Customer’s geographic location. The Customer may contact Cardinus’s service desk by email (xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx) at any time or by telephone during Core Service Hours ((UK) 0207 469 0201 or (US) 323 337 9016). If Cardinus support personnel are unavailable to answer the telephone during Core Service Hours, Cardinus will respond to telephone calls during the next Core Service Hour after receipt of the relevant call. Cardinus will respond to emails during the next day falling within Core Service Hours.

Core Service Hours. “Framework” means the hours of the day in which the Services are to be performed as set out in the Specification. means an agreement between one or more contracting authorities and one or more economic operators, the purpose of which is to establish the terms governing contracts to be awarded during a given period, in particular with regard to price.” PCR 2015

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).
