Core Service Hours definition
Core Service Hours means: (a) in relation to Priority 1 Incidents, 24 hours a day 7 days a week; and (b) in relation to all other Support Services, 8am to 6pm UK time in relation to the United Kingdom and 8am to 6pm local time in relation to any other territory, in each case on Business Days;

Core Service Hours during which Cardinus’s service desk will be manned are as follows: • UK service desk: Between 09.00 – 17.30 (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays in the UK; • US service desk: Between 03.30 – 17.00 (EST) Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the USA. The relevant Authorisation will set out which service desk will be available to the Customer, based on the Customer’s geographic location. The Customer may contact Cardinus’s service desk by email (xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx) at any time or by telephone during Core Service Hours ((UK) 0207 469 0201 or (US) 323 337 9016). If Cardinus support personnel are unavailable to answer the telephone during Core Service Hours, Cardinus will respond to telephone calls during the next Core Service Hour after receipt of the relevant call. Cardinus will respond to emails during the next day falling within Core Service Hours.
