Council Data definition

Council Data means any information provided by, obtained or created on behalf of the Council in delivering the services specified in this Agreement;
Council Data means all information, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds which are embodied in any electronic or tangible medium, and which: (a) are supplied by the Council to the Trust under this Agreement; or (b) are held by the Council but accessed by the Trust under this Agreement;
Council Data means: (a) the information, data, text, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) or any other materials (in any medium) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical, tangible or portable media, or in any other format or media and which are: (i) supplied or in respect of which access is granted to the Concessionaire by or on behalf of the Council; or (ii) which the Concessionaire is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract; (b) any Personal Data for which the Council is the Controller; and (c) any other data, information or materials (in any medium) which come into the possession of the Concessionaire in connection with or as a result of the provision of the Services including without limitation any data, information or materials held or stored in the Concessionaire's computer systems; Council Equipment means the items listed in the Council Equipment Inventory prepared by the Council and appended to this Contract at [ ] including any additional equipment procured by the Concessionaire on the Council’s behalf and at the Council’s cost and all replacement Council Equipment whether funded by the Council or the Concessionaire in accordance with Condition 24.3;

  • Remote access to Judicial Council Data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by the Judicial Council.

  • Contractor shall ensure that access to the Judicial Council Data will be provided to the Judicial Council (and its authorized users) 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (excluding agreed-upon maintenance downtime).

  • Contractor is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the Judicial Council Data.

  • Contractor shall comply with all applicable privacy and data security laws, and other laws (including the California Rules of Court) and regulations relating to the protection, collection, use, and distribution of Judicial Council Data, as well as privacy and data security requirements and standards set forth in the Judicial Council’s policies or procedures.

  • For ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement or Statement of Work, or upon notice of termination of this Agreement or Statement of Work, Contractor shall assist the Judicial Council in extracting and/or transitioning all Judicial Council Data in the format determined by the Judicial Council (“Transition Period”).

  • Contractor shall not respond to subpoenas, service of process, Public Records Act requests (or requests under California Rule of Court 10.500), and other legal requests directed at Contractor regarding this Agreement or Judicial Council Data without first notifying the Judicial Council.

More Definitions of Council Data

Council Data means:a) the data, case management information, text, drawings, diagrams, documents, records, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media and which are:i. supplied or communicated to the Service Provider by or on behalf of the Council;ii. inputted into the Council IT systems or the Service Providers IT system by the Council or the Council’s Representatives; oriii. which the Service Provider is required to access, generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract, whether on the Council IT systems or the Service Providers IT system; orb) any Personal Data for which the Council is the Data Controller; “Data Controller” has the meaning given to that term in the Data Protection Legislation in force from time to time; “Data Processor” has the meaning given to that term in the Data Protection Legislation in force from time to time; "Data Protection Impact Assessment" an assessment carried out pursuant to Article 35 of the General Data Protection Regulation; “Data Protection Legislation” the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, the Investigatory Powers Act 2016, the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 and from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation and any legislation implemented in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation and any replacement legislation coming into effect from time to time and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner; "Data Security Breach" any breach of security or confidentiality leading to the accidental or unlawfuldestruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data; “Data Subject” has the meaning given to that term in the Data Protection Legislation in force from time to time; "General Data Protection Regulation" Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; "Information Commissioner's Office" the office of the Information Commissioner, being the regulator appointed in the UK as the data p...
Council Data means all Information and materials provided by or on behalf of the Council, entered into or stored in or on the Cloud Service by or on behalf of the Council, produced using the Cloud Service, or processed, produced or derived using that Information and materials, including without limitation:Information about or relating to the Council, its policies, procedures and/or operations;documents (including electronic records); reports produced by the Cloud Service for the Council; Personal Information;de-identified and/or aggregated data; metadata, and Information and materials to the extent that they incorporate or are based on the Information and materials referred to in this item.

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Patent Cooperation Treaty means the Patent Cooperation Treaty done at Washington on June 19, 1970;

  • Census means a field survey carried out to identify and determine the number of Project Affected Persons (PAP), their assets, and potential impacts; in accordance with the procedures, satisfactory to the relevant government authorities, and the World Bank Safeguard Policies. The meaning of the word shall also embrace the criteria for eligibility for compensation, resettlement and other measures, emanating from consultations with affected communities and the Local Leaders.

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • General Data Protection Regulation GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Information Technology means computers, software, databases, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, networks, systems, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment and associated documentation.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:

  • Clinical Data means the information concerning the safety or performance that is generated from the use of a device and that are sourced from the following:

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.

  • Lobbyist means any person or entity who undertakes to influence any legislative or administrative action on behalf of any person or entity other than: (1) a not-for-profit entity, on an unpaid basis, or (2) himself. "Lobbyist" also means any person or entity any part of whose duties as an employee of another includes undertaking to influence any legislative or administrative action.

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;
