Crisis Management Services definition

Crisis Management Services means behavioral health services provided to an individual who is experiencing a mental health crisis.

Crisis Management Services means services provided by a Crisis Consultant in advising an Insured with respect to minimizing harm to the Insured from the Crisis.

Crisis Management Services means Crisis Management Services, as that term is defined in Appendix D attached to this Policy.

• Behavioral Health Crisis Management Services in Acute Medical Settings– crisis management services provided in medical and surgical inpatient and emergency department settings include ongoing crisis interventions, ongoing determination and coordination of appropriate disposition, and ongoing required reporting and community collaboration activities.

• For all Computer Expert Services, Legal Services and Public Relations and Crisis Management Services, the Retention amounts set forth in Item 4.C.ii.

• The aggregate limit of coverage stated in Item 3.B.2. of the Declarations is the aggregate limit of coverage for all Computer Expert Services, Legal Services and Public Relations and Crisis Management Services combined.

More Definitions of Crisis Management Services

Crisis Management Services means those services performed by a Crisis Management Firm in advising the Organization or any of its Executives on minimizing potential public harm to the Organization resulting from a Crisis Management Event.

Crisis Management Services means those services performed by a firm that is either listed in an Endorsement to this Policy, or which the Insurer at its sole discretion has provided prior written approval for the Company to retain, to advise the Company on minimizing potential harm to the Company’s reputation or financial condition from a covered Crisis Event, by maintaining and restoring public confidence in the Company.

Crisis Management Services means the services of a team of qualified professionals providing public relations, media management, site security, and crisis counseling in response to a Crisis Event.

Crisis Management Services means crisis management service as defined in section 17-1737-44.1.

Crisis Management Services means those services performed by a Crisis Management Firm in advising the Insured Persons on minimizing potential harm to the Company arising from the Crisis, including but not limited to maintaining and restoring public confidence in the Company.

Crisis Management Services means the professional services provided by a Crisis Management Firm in counseling or assisting the Public Entity in reducing or minimizing the potential harm to the Public Entity caused by the public disclosure of a Crisis Event.

Crisis Management Services means those services performed by a "crisis management advisor" in advising you or minimizing potential harm to you from a "crisis management event" by maintaining or restoring public confidence in you.
