Delivery Week definition

Delivery Week has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
Delivery Week means one calendar week, beginning Monday 12:00 AM local time through Sunday 11:59 PM local time.

Delivery Week means each calendar week, which shall commence on Friday at 12:00 a.m. prevailing Eastern time and end on Thursday at 11:59 p.m. prevailing Eastern time.
