Non-Payment for Provider-Preventable Conditions Pursuant to 42 CFR 438.3(g), the Contractor must: Provide that no payment will be made by the Contractor to a Provider for a Provider Preventable Condition as defined in this Contract. electronic version means a digital or electronic product or service that is related to the Work and its title, together with added sounds, images, interactivity or graphics, which primarily focuses on TPR’s brand and TPR’s instructional offerings relating to the Work and its title, and which may include up to twenty percent (20%) of the text of that Work only and shall not be deemed a competitive work hereunder and shall not be subject to the option provision in Section 22 below.
