Excepted Services definition

Excepted Services means those services referred to in clause 5 below which do not fall within maintenance services;
Excepted Services means those services which are excepted from the Maintenance Services as set out in condition 6.2.4;
Excepted Services means those services referred to in Clause 2.2 which do not fall within the Services;

  • Services to be provided in consideration for the Maintenance Charges shall not include Excepted Services.

More Definitions of Excepted Services

Excepted Services means those serviced stated in Item G of the Reference Schedule;
Excepted Services means those services referred to in Clause 6.1 of this Agreement which do not fall within Maintenance Services.

Excepted Services means the excepted services set out or referred to as such in the relevant Contract; Good Industry Practice means the exercise of reasonable skill and care and that degree of skill and care which, as at the relevant time, would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a comparable organisation in the same type of undertaking and under similar circumstances; Goods means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any parts of them) which ITC is to supply in accordance with the Contract; Intellectual Property Rights means all patents, topography rights, design rights, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, rights in databases, rights in goodwill, rights in get-up, sui generis rights, rights to sue for passing off, domain names, trade secrets and other confidential information, know-how and all other intellectual property rights of a similar nature, whether registered or not, including any application to protect or register such rights, including all renewals and extension of such rights or applications, whether vested, contingent or future to which the relevant Party may be entitled, in any part of the world existing; ITC Services means any and all of those services specified in each Contract to be supplied by ITC under such Contract together with any Additional Services and excluding any Third Party Services; Model Clauses means, for the purposes of this Agreement and any Contract, the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries Price means the price specified for the Services sold and to be performed as set out in the relevant Contract as increased from time to time in accordance with Clause 9 or as otherwise permitted in the Contract; Proposal (or Statement of Work) means the proposal document prepared by ITC following receipt of a Request and detailing the Goods and/or Services to be provided by ITC or a Third Party Services Supplier, under a Contract and which when signed by both parties forms an order for the Services; Request means the Customer’s written request to ITC to supply Goods and/or Services from time to time in accordance with clause 2; Service Commencement means the date at which part or all of the live Services provided by the ITC Operations Centre have commenced; Services means those services together with any, Goods to be delivered or provided by ITC to the Customer as detailed and set out in a Contract agreed in accordance with this Agreement; Site means the site(s)...
