Executive Service definition

Executive Service means all other positions that have not been placed under the preferred service and as are described in § 8-30-202.
Executive Service means that part of a Participant's Service which was rendered while he was an Executive.
Executive Service means a position in the executive branch that is the chief administrator of a principal unit or comparable position that is not the result of an election or required by the State Constitution; or a deputy or assistant secretary of the principal unit or similar position that has similar stature.

  • If a retired Participant is reemployed by the Company or an Affiliated Company, his benefits will thereupon cease, and upon again becoming such an Employee he will have his prior period of Service, Credited Service and Executive Service restored to him.

  • In accordance with section 53 of the FW Act, this Agreement covers the Secretary of the Department of the Environment and Energy, on behalf of the Commonwealth; and all non-Senior Executive Service (SES) employees in the Department employed under the Public Service Act 1999 (PS Act).


More Definitions of Executive Service

Executive Service means a Participant’s benefit service as defined in the Qualified Plan that is earned either (a) before the Participant commenced participation in this Plan or (b) during his or her active participation in this Plan. Any years of such benefit service earned after he or she ceases to be an active Participant in this Plan pursuant to Section 1.14 shall not be included in his or her Executive Service.
