Redeveloper does not have discretionary judgment over the applications of said grant funds.
Fourth Priority. Reimburse Developer for Historic Façade Enhancement improvements in an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($628,000.00). The Second, Third, and Fourth Priority Items are herein referred to as the “Redeveloper Priority Expenses.” Reimbursement for Priority One Expenses will be the actual costs incurred.
