Grievance Panel definition

Grievance Panel means a panel of three (3) persons who shall be appointed by the Director in accordance with Section E: GRIEVANCE PANEL.
Grievance Panel means a group of three individuals selected from a committee of ten members appointed annually by the president. The three members on the panel shall be selected as follows:
Grievance Panel means EGID's independent constitutionally created administrative court. [Const. Art. 7. § 1.]

  • If the difference is not resolved within five (5) days of receipt of written submission, the Executive Director and the International Representative may, upon mutual agreement of the parties, refer the matter to a Pipeline Industry Grievance Panel.

More Definitions of Grievance Panel

Grievance Panel means a Sub-Committee appointed by the Management Committee pursuant to Rule 5.12 and to which it delegates its powers under Rule 5.16 to investigate written complaints received against members of the GSDCV for alleged misconduct and/or breach of the Rules or Regulations, Codes of Ethics and Codes of Practice.
Grievance Panel means a group of people responsible for the investigation of each Grievance.
Grievance Panel has the meaning provided in section 5.c.

  • Grievance means a complaint in writing that an employee, group of employees, or the Union submits to management, to be processed through the grievance procedure.

  • Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.

  • Statement of Grievance shall name the grievant(s) involved, the facts giving rise to the grievance, the provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to be violated, and the remedy (specific relief) requested.

  • Grievor means the employee concerned, a local of the Union, the Union or the Company.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.

  • Disciplinary Board means the Medical Disciplinary

  • Enrollee means any person entitled to health care services from a carrier.

  • Review Panel means a panel responsible for determining whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of BSEF Rules, and for authorizing the issuance of notices of chargers against Persons alleged to have committed violations if the Review Panel believes that the matter should be adjudicated.

  • pseudonymisation means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person;

  • Disciplinary sanction means any action listed in s. UWS 14.04 taken in response to student academic misconduct.

  • Labor dispute as used here, means a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute between the Employer and its Employees, during which time the Employee is not paid by the Employer.

  • Personal Grievance means a claim that an employee: (a) Has been unjustifiably dismissed; or (b) has had his/her employment, or his/her conditions of employment, affected to (c) his/her disadvantage by some unjustifiable action by the employer; or (d) has been discriminated against in his/her employment; or (e) has been sexually harassed in his/her employment; or (f) has been racially harassed in his/her employment; or (g) has been subjected to duress in relation to union membership.

  • Complaints means each of the following documents:

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Mediation party means a person that participates in a mediation and whose agreement is necessary to resolve the dispute.
