The occupancy of the Unit and Premises by an unauthorized guest in excess of seven (7) days during the Lease Term shall be deemed a breach of this Lease, and Landlord shall be entitled to recover from Resident and guest (whose liability shall be joint and several) the $500 Unauthorized Guest Fee, which shall be in addition to any other amounts owing to Landlord by Resident pursuant to this Lease.
The cost for this is listed in the Accommodation Agreement as a Guest Fee.
In the event any unregistered or unauthorized Overnight Guest(s) are identified to be in or using an apartment or bedroom space, Owner may assess against the Resident a Guest Fee of $50 per day, in addition to the right of Owner to declare Resident in material breach of this Agreement and pursue other available remedies.
