Joint Results definition

Joint Results has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
Joint Results means any Collaboration Results generated jointly by one or more employees, officers, directors, consultants or directors of Atara and by one or more employees, officers, directors, consultants or directors of a Bayer Party.
Joint Results means Results generated with the material inventive input of both Mount Sinai and LifeMap.

  • The Party seeking publication shall consider such comments of the other Party and shall remove any and all of the other Party’s Confidential Information (other than the Joint Results) at the request of such other Party.

  • From time to time throughout the Term, each Party shall provide to the other Party a hard-copy of or electronic access to all Joint Results, including any final data and study reports and all raw data.

  • Any other use of the Joint Results by a Party, in particular any commercial use by a Party or licensing to third parties, is subject to the other Parties’ prior written approval, and a separate agreement on appropriate financial compensation, which the Parties will negotiate in good faith.

  • USSC shall retain exclusive ownership of all Know-How, inventions, developments and improvements which were its property as of or prior to the date of this Agreement or which were conceived, made and developed during the term of the Agreement solely by USSC, whether or not the same is necessary to reduce to practice any Joint Results.

  • In this case, the Host Entity and the Seconding Entity have to agree amongst themselves upon arrangements for applying for, obtaining and/or maintaining such Joint Results on a case-by-case basis.


More Definitions of Joint Results

Joint Results shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.1.
Joint Results means any and all results (including but not limited to results, experimental data, inventions, discoveries, materials and know-how, whatever their nature, patentable or not, patented or not, as well as all related items such as files, analyses or interpretations) obtained, generated, or developed in the course of the performance of the Program Plan, whether or not they are eligible for protection by an industrial property right or an intellectual property right. For the avoidance of doubt, Monthly Reports (as defined in the Collaboration Agreement) and Work Package Reports (as defined in the Collaboration Agreement) shall be deemed to be Joint Results. For the sake of clarity: • the rights granted by ICM, acting on behalf of the Co-owners, to DYNACURE and its Affiliates pursuant to this Agreement include any and all Joint Results obtained, generated, or developed before the Signature Date as well as those obtained, generated, or developed after the Signature Date until the end of the Program; and • All Joint Results obtained, generated, or developed after the Signature Date shall automatically be included in this Agreement in addition to those already obtained, generated, or developed before the Effective Date, with no additional compensation due to the Co-Owners than those expressly agreed in this Agreement. Joint Results means all Results generated by one or more members of the Company Team and one or more members of the WCM Team.
Joint Results means any Results that are jointly developed by (a) HMO Personnel or BIU Personnel in the course of the performance of Consulting Services and/or the Research (excluding the Clinical Trial), and (b) one or more employees or consultants of the Company other than HMO Personnel or BIU Personnel.
