The Party seeking publication shall consider such comments of the other Party and shall remove any and all of the other Party’s Confidential Information (other than the Joint Results) at the request of such other Party.
From time to time throughout the Term, each Party shall provide to the other Party a hard-copy of or electronic access to all Joint Results, including any final data and study reports and all raw data.
No debt offering (including convertible debt) shall count towards meeting this Requirement.
In this case, the Host Entity and the Seconding Entity have to agree amongst themselves upon arrangements for applying for, obtaining and/or maintaining such Joint Results on a case-by-case basis.
USSC shall retain exclusive ownership of all Know-How, inventions, developments and improvements which were its property as of or prior to the date of this Agreement or which were conceived, made and developed during the term of the Agreement solely by USSC, whether or not the same is necessary to reduce to practice any Joint Results.
