EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. 1.1 NCR Voyix Equipment (except for servers, which are addressed below) is eligible for maintenance services under the following program: 7 x 9 Next Calendar Day (NCD)
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. Subject to Section 6 of these WMS Terms, Hitachi equipment maintenance comprises the following:
(a) supervision and installation of relevant engineering changes impacting the reliability of the equipment;
(b) preventive maintenance, including necessary lubrication, adjustment or replacement of unserviceable parts; and
(c) unscheduled maintenance, including repair, adjustment or replacement of unserviceable parts, as determined necessary by Hitachi and described in the hours of coverage under the applicable Plan.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. 3.1. CTME shall perform the Equipment Maintenance Services at the Premises.
3.2. CTME warrants to the Customer that:
3.2.1. the Equipment Maintenance Services shall be performed:
(a) by an appropriate number of suitably qualified and experienced Personnel;
(b) using all reasonable skill and care; and
(c) in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in force from time to time; and
3.2.2. all components and equipment supplied or used in the course of the provision of the Equipment Maintenance Services shall operate in accordance with their technical specifications.
3.3. If the Order Form provides that maintenance of the Equipment shall be the responsibility of the manufacturer of the Equipment, the provisions of this clause 3 shall not apply and CTME shall have no responsibility or liability for any maintenance of the Equipment.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. For payment of the Fee, Xxxxxxx shall perform preventative maintenance on Equipment once each year. The Fee is subject to an annual adjustment of three percent (3%). The maintenance will be performed on a date and time that is mutually acceptable to the Parties. The maintenance performed shall be Pre-election or Post-election Maintenance as described below:
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. An Advance Notice of Sole Source was posted on February 23, 2017 on the County website for 10 business days. There were no responses; therefore, competitive bids are not possible. Subsequently, a Finding Memo of Non-Competition was completed on March 10, 2017 and approved by GSA. On January 8, 2020 a Finding Memo of Non-Competition, Sole Source #6319 was completed by GSA Purchasing. The existing IVR-CTI systems were developed, installed and customized over many years by Streamwrite. Streamwrite has the knowledge and documentation of the existing applications both in terms of customized code, workflow, database software, interfaces with County client departments’ databases, and knowledge of what has and has not worked for each County client in the past. This cannot be duplicated in a reasonable time frame and it would be prohibitively expensive and time consuming to replace them with new systems. Streamwrite, LLC is a Small Local Emerging Business (SLEB), certified through February 28, 2022 (Cert. Number: 14-00024) .
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. If stated in an Order, Entrust Corporation (“Entrust”) will provide Customer with Equipment Maintenance Services on an on call basis at Customer location(s) (“On- Call Service”) or at and Entrust repair facility ( “Depot Service”) for the Equipment described in the applicable Order (“Covered Equipment”). Such services include telephone technical support in accordance with Section 11.2 and remedial and concurrent preventive maintenance on Covered Equipment in accordance with Section 11.3 for On-Call Service and 11.4 for Depot Service. Entrust warrants that the Equipment Maintenance services will cause Covered Equipment to meet the manufacturer’s operating specifications given reasonable wear and tear and the Equipment’s age and condition.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. 3.1. CTMEA shall perform the Equipment Maintenance Services at the Premises.
3.2. CTMEA warrants to the Customer that:
3.2.1. the Equipment Maintenance Services shall be performed:
(a) by an appropriate number of suitably qualified and experienced Personnel;
(b) using all reasonable skill and care; and XXXXX_Xxx0000
(c) in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in force from time to time; and
3.2.2. all components and equipment supplied or used in the course of the provision of the Equipment Maintenance Services shall operate in accordance with their technical specifications.
3.3. If the Order Form provides that maintenance of the Equipment shall be the responsibility of the manufacturer of the Equipment, the provisions of this clause 3 shall not apply and CTMEA shall have no responsibility or liability for any maintenance of the Equipment.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. (a) Customer is the User of the "Equipment" as described in Schedule A. Said Equipment is located in Customer's premises at: Carroll County School Systems 000 Xxxx Xxx Carrollton, KY
(b) Except as otherwise provided herein, E&H shall keep and maintain the Equipment in good working order, condition and repair and shall perform all maintenance or service necessary or appropriate to cause the Equipment to operate as it was intended to function, for which E&H will be paid as set forth in Schedule A.
(c) Remedial maintenance services ("Remedial Maintenance") on the switching portion of the Equipment, house cabling, exterior cable, telephone sets and other station equipment shall be provided by E&H from time to time upon request by Customer in order to restore defective or worn parts or components of the Equipment to proper working order.
(d) E&H's responsibility with respect to the maintenance services shall be limited to Customer's side of the point of connection between the Equipment and said local telephone system. Maintenance services do not include the maintenance and repair services arising out of or of the type described in the exclusion set forth in Section 8 below, which services shall be provided by E&H in accordance with the terms of Section 6 below.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. 11.1 Equipment Maintenance Services are the provision of replacement parts (excluding removable media and consumable supplies), parts installation, and field installation of necessary engineering changes to maintain equipment in good working order.
11.2 To enable Unisys properly to provide Equipment Maintenance Services, Customer will (a) maintain the operating environment in accordance with Unisys specifications, (b) provide adequate working and storage space for use by Unisys personnel near the equipment, (c) provide Unisys full access to the equipment, subject only to Customer's security rules, (d) follow Unisys procedures for determining if remedial service is required, and (e) follow Unisys instructions for obtaining off-site maintenance, if applicable.
11.3 Equipment parts which are removed for replacement by Unisys becomes the property of Unisys.
11.4 Customer acknowledges that maintenance support materials for equipment and Software located at Customer's facility, including, without limitation, diagnostic software, are the property of and include Proprietary Information of Unisys. Customer assures that such materials will be used only by Unisys maintenance personnel, and that Unisys has the right to remove such materials from Customer's facility at any time.
11.5 To determine eligibility and prerequisites for Equipment Maintenance Services, Unisys may require inspection, at Customer expense, of equipment which (a) has not been maintained continuously by Unisys from the date of purchase by Customer or (b) has been relocated.
11.6 All system components and peripherals which are located at the same site and interconnected with Unisys signal and power cables or their equivalent and which are subject to Equipment Maintenance Services hereunder are required to be subject to the same designated remedial maintenance hours, as identified in the maintenance services schedule.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. 8.1 CTKL shall perform the Equipment Maintenance Services at the Premises.
