Monthly Operating Report definition

Monthly Operating Report has the meaning specified in Section 7.11(l).

Monthly Operating Report or “MOR” means a report form provided or approved by the Commissioner for use by a permittee in submitting data to the Department related to the operation of a facility.

Monthly Operating Report shall have the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement.

Monthly Operating Report means a monthly management report for the applicable period prepared by Seller in the form set forth in Schedule MOR, including technical discussions of capacity availability, outages, energy production, operations and maintenance. financial variances and health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance of the Project and attaching reports covering such matters as have been covered in reports previously provided by Seller or are otherwise reasonably requested by any Purchaser.

Monthly Operating Report means a report as to the operations of the LaRonde Mine and any additional Mines constituting Included Property acquired by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries in accordance with this Agreement, and certain other required information, in the form or substantially in the form last delivered to the "Administrative Agent" under the Existing Credit Agreement.
