Monthly Operating Report definition

Monthly Operating Report has the meaning specified in Section 7.11(l).
Monthly Operating Report means a Monthly Management Report for the applicable period substantially in the form of those provided by Seller and delivered to Purchaser prior to the Effective Date, including therein technical discussions of energy management, financial results, operations and maintenance and regulatory compliance, with attached reports covering such matters as have been covered in reports previously provided by Seller or are otherwise reasonably requested by Purchaser.
Monthly Operating Report or “MOR” means a report form provided or approved by the Commissioner for use by a permittee in submitting data to the Department related to the operation of a facility.

More Definitions of Monthly Operating Report

Monthly Operating Report means a report substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit K.
