Municipal Improvements definition

Municipal Improvements means and include, within and without the Development Area, those services and facilities identified in Schedule "C" to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Municipal Improvements

Municipal Improvements means all municipal improvements and infrastructure located immediately adjacent to the Sale Land which, without limiting the generality of the foregoing includes, streets, alleys, sidewalks, pathways, curbs, gutters, light standards, signage, fire hydrants, curb stop water valves, bollards, barricades, landscaping, trees, shrubs, sod, soil, seed, utility pipes (storm, sanitary, and water), cathodic protection points, electrical and communication wiring/cable, pedestals, transformers, vaults, gas lines, fencing, grading and grass or concrete drainage ▇▇▇▇▇▇.

Water connections from water mains to the property of each lot in accordance with municipal specifications. c. Sanitary sewer mains including all manholes and other related appurtenances. d. Sanitary sewer connections from the sanitary mains to the property of each lot in accordance with municipal specifications. e. Storm sewer system including pipe, catch basins, culverts, manholes, ditches, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and other related appurtenances. f. Storm water management facilities. g.
