Municipal Improvements definition

Municipal Improvements means and include, within and without the Development Area, those services and facilities identified in Schedule "C" to this Agreement.
Municipal Improvements or “infrastructure” shall mean both underground and surface structures including, but not necessarily limited to, watermains, sewer systems, storm drainage systems, roadways, walkways, park areas, shallow utilities, signage, retaining walls, fencing, and other improvements as required by the City , all of which shall become the property of the City to operate and maintain.
Municipal Improvements means and include, within and without the Subdivision Area/Development Area, those services and facilities identified by Schedule to the Development Agreement.

More Definitions of Municipal Improvements

Municipal Improvements mean all the improvements listed in Schedule “E”;
Municipal Improvements means all municipal improvements and infrastructure located immediately adjacent to the Sale Land which, without limiting the generality of the foregoing includes, streets, alleys, sidewalks, pathways, curbs, gutters, light standards, signage, fire hydrants, curb stop water valves, bollards, barricades, landscaping, trees, shrubs, sod, soil, seed, utility pipes (storm, sanitary, and water), cathodic protection points, electrical and communication wiring/cable, pedestals, transformers, vaults, gas lines, fencing, grading and grass or concrete drainage xxxxxx.
Municipal Improvements means the Developer Installed Municipal Improvements and the Developer Funded Municipal Improvements, all as described in Section 6 below.
Municipal Improvements means and include: a. Water mains including all fittings, valves, pressure reducing valves, hydrants and other related appurtenances. b. Water connections from water mains to the property of each lot in accordance with municipal specifications. c. Sanitary sewer mains including all manholes and other related appurtenances. d. Sanitary sewer connections from the sanitary mains to the property of each lot in accordance with municipal specifications. e. Storm sewer system including pipe, catch basins, culverts, manholes, ditches, xxxxxx and other related appurtenances. f. Storm water management facilities. g. Concrete sidewalks and asphalt trails. h. Concrete curbs and gutters. i. Roads with gravel base and asphalt surface. j. Lanes with gravel base and asphalt surface. k. Street lighting with underground wiring. l. Underground power distribution. m. Underground telephone distribution. n. Underground cable T.V. distribution. o. Natural gas distribution mains. p. Landscaping, including uniform fencing and subdivision identification signs. q. Traffic signs and street name signs. r. Third Order Alberta Survey Control Monuments complete with survey ties. s. Mail boxes; including concrete pad. (coordination of site locations with Canada Post) t. Transit Stops.

Municipal Improvements means all those improvements required by the City or Aquatera to be constructed and installed to City or Aquatera Standards to service the Development Area, including but not limited to: (i) Sanitary and storm sewer drainage systems including all necessary connections and equipment; (ii) Water mains including fittings, valves, hydrants and the looping of water mains beyond the Development Area in order to safeguard and ensure the continuous supply of water in the Development Area; (iii) Service connections from the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water mains to the property lines of individual lots; (iv) Oversizing of roadways and water, sewer and storm sewer systems to accommodate future land development; (v) Curbs and gutters; (vi) Asphalt street paving (excluding Second Lift Asphalt); (vii) Street lighting; (viii) Fire lanes; (ix) Traffic control devices of all kinds; (x) Grading of service area; (xi) Sidewalks, trails and associated lighting; (xii) Park development on dedicated lands; (xiii) Extensions to the survey control network; (xiv) Utility lot, boulevard and other landscaping; (xvi) Fencing;
