Non-Core Products definition

Non-Core Products means an item that is not in the Core List (but is within the scope of the OJEU Notice) that can be purchased under this Framework Agreement, the price of which shall be calculated by applying the Supplier's Catalogue Discount (as set out at Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 3) to the Supplier's catalogue list price for the item; or by applying the Non-Core Xxxx-Up (set out in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 3) to the Supplier's unit cost for the item;
Non-Core Products means the Products in addition to the Core Products that a Client would purchase;
Non-Core Products means any product identified by the Marks other than the Products, such as, for example, ice cream, clothing, hats, cups and other logoed items, etc.

Examples of Non-Core Products in a sentence

  • The list of the Vendor’s Contracted Suppliers’ categories of Products must include the percentage discount from the Vendor’s published catalog price of the Product within a specific category, and be submitted on the Non-Core Products tab of Attachment A.

  • Framework Prices for Non-Core Products shall be calculated by: Applying the Catalogue Discount set out in Annex 1 to this Framework Schedule 3 to the Supplier’s catalogue list price for a Non-Core Product; or Applying the Non-Core Xxxx-Up set out in Annex 1 to this Framework Schedule 3 to the Supplier's unit cost for a Non-Core Product.

More Definitions of Non-Core Products

Non-Core Products means goods other than those designated by UFPC as “Core” Products, in its sole discretion, and purchased under UFPC negotiated purchasing agreements.
Non-Core Products means all Products set forth on Exhibit B hereto that are not Core Products. Any reference to non-mobile Products in this Section 1.2 or on any Exhibit hereto shall mean those products which are not designed for use in automobiles.
Non-Core Products means the products and/or service offerings of the Company that are not Core Products. A “Non-Core Product” shall exclude any Software or other Technology that is also incorporated into any Core Product.
Non-Core Products means Non-Core Products are Fine Copy Paper products in addition to the Core Products that a Customer would purchase from the Supplier during the Term of the Agreement, regardless if they are included in the Supplier’s published standard catalogue (e.g. typically published annually) or not.
Non-Core Products means any product identified by the Marks other than the Products, such as, for example, ice cream, clothing, hats, cups and other logoed items, etc. Owner means each person other than Company and its Affiliates holding a direct or indirect legal or beneficial Ownership Interests or voting rights in Franchisee, including, without limitation, any person who has a direct or indirect interest in Franchisee, this Agreement, the Franchise or the STORE (and any person who owns, directly or indirectly, a five percent (5%) or greater Ownership Interest in any such person (other than Company or its Affiliates), including without limitation any person who has any legal or equitable interest, or the power to vest in himself or herself any legal or equitable interest, in the revenue, profits, rights or assets thereof. Ownership Interest means in relation to any of the following: (a) a corporation, the ownership of shares in the corporation; (b) an unlimited or limited liability company, the memberships or other ownership interest of such company; or (c) a partnership, the general and limited partnership interests in such partnership. Payment Day means the day of the week specified in Schedule A on which the Royalty is due. Principal Owner means the Principal Owners specified in Exhibit A. Products means a variety of fresh doughnuts (including among others, yeast raised doughnuts, cake doughnuts, miniature doughnuts and doughnut holes, some of which have various types and flavors of fillings, glazes or other coatings) as well as certain other food products and beverages (specifically including, but not limited to, coffee) and food services as identified by Company from time to time and which are customarily sold in Krispy Kreme Stores. Royalty means the payment made by Franchisee to Company on the Payment Day each week based on the Gross Sales of the STORE for the preceding week. The amount of Royalty to be paid is specified in Schedule A. Site means a physical location that Company has approved as meeting its minimum criteria for the development and operation of the STORE. STORE means the Krispy Kreme Store owned and operated by Franchisee pursuant to this Agreement. Non-Core Products means all Products set forth on Exhibit B hereto that are not Core Products.

Related to Non-Core Products

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products that exist prior to the commencement of work under the contract. Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.

  • Software Products means any and all Software that is or has been distributed by the Division or Division Subsidiaries and their predecessors, and any similar products developed or under development by Seller relating to the Business as of the date of the Agreement, and all documentation, packaging materials, promotional materials, and training materials relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Exempt Renewable Technology means, in all Mitigated Capacity Zones, an Intermittent Power Resource solely powered by wind or solar energy.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • Manufacturing Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Consumables and medical devices means (consumables) items that require regular replacement (e.g. batteries) to keep a medical device (such as a hearing aid) operational. Many medical devices require consumables.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Manufacturing and Supply Agreement means the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement by and between Biogen and Bioverativ, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • CIMA means the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority whose contact details are available from www.cima.ky;

  • Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion;

  • Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Clinical Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.

  • Manual brachytherapy means a type of brachytherapy in which the brachytherapy sources (e.g., seeds, ribbons) are manually placed topically on or inserted either into the body cavities that are in close proximity to a treatment site or directly into the tissue volume.

  • Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.
