Non-Core Products definition

Non-Core Products means an item that is not in the Core List (but is within the scope of the OJEU Notice) that can be purchased under this Framework Agreement, the price of which shall be calculated by applying the Supplier's Catalogue Discount (as set out at Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 3) to the Supplier's catalogue list price for the item; or by applying the Non-Core Xxxx-Up (set out in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 3) to the Supplier's unit cost for the item;
Non-Core Products means the Products in addition to the Core Products that a Client would purchase;
Non-Core Products means any product identified by the Marks other than the Products, such as, for example, ice cream, clothing, hats, cups and other logoed items, etc.

Examples of Non-Core Products in a sentence

  • The list of the Vendor’s Contracted Suppliers’ categories of Products must include the percentage discount from the Vendor’s published catalog price of the Product within a specific category, and be submitted on the Non-Core Products tab of Attachment A.

More Definitions of Non-Core Products

Non-Core Products means goods other than those designated by UFPC as “Core” Products, in its sole discretion, and purchased under UFPC negotiated purchasing agreements.
Non-Core Products means Non-Core Products are Fine Copy Paper products in addition to the Core Products that a Customer would purchase from the Supplier during the Term of the Agreement, regardless if they are included in the Supplier’s published standard catalogue (e.g. typically published annually) or not.

Ownership Interest means in relation to any of the following: (a) a corporation, the ownership of shares in the corporation; (b) an unlimited or limited liability company, the memberships or other ownership interest of such company; or (c) a partnership, the general and limited partnership interests in such partnership. Payment Day means the day of the week specified in Schedule A on which the Royalty is due. Principal Owner means the Principal Owners specified in Exhibit A. Products means a variety of fresh doughnuts (including among others, yeast raised doughnuts, cake doughnuts, miniature doughnuts and doughnut holes, some of which have various types and flavors of fillings, glazes or other coatings) as well as certain other food products and beverages (specifically including, but not limited to, coffee) and food services as identified by Company from time to time and which are customarily sold in Krispy Kreme Stores. Royalty means the payment made by Franchisee to Company on the Payment Day each week based on the Gross Sales of the STORE for the preceding week. The amount of Royalty to be paid is specified in Schedule A. Site means a physical location that Company has approved as meeting its minimum criteria for the development and operation of the STORE. Non-Core Products means all Products set forth on Exhibit B hereto that are not Core Products. Any reference to non-mobile Products in this Section 1.2 or on any Exhibit hereto shall mean those products which are not designed for use in automobiles.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.
