Normal Change definition

Normal Change has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(g) of the Agreement.
Normal Change is a change in the Applicable Law as described in writing by Customer governing Services which: (i) when combined with other Normal Changes during a given calendar year, require not more than one-hundred and twenty (120) person hours to implement into the workflows, procedures and Operating Guidelines or into the Services; (ii) applies equally to Administrator's Affiliates or other customers; or (iii) is a change to the Applicable TPA Laws. An "Extraordinary Change" is a change in the Applicable Law as described in writing by Customer governing Services which: (i) when combined with other Normal Changes during a given calendar year, require more than one-hundred and twenty (120) person hours to implement into the workflows, procedures and Operating Guidelines or into the Services; (ii) requires Administrator to devote additional personnel on a permanent basis to perform the Services following such a change; (iii) is specific to the Services to be provided under this Agreement; or (iv) is not a Normal Change.
Normal Change means a change that must follow the complete change management process and will be evaluated for authorisation by Company’s Change Advisory Board (CAB) as detailed in paragraph 5;

Examples of Normal Change in a sentence

  • For Registration of Device Type made in accordance with requirements prior to Date of Effect of the Change, in the case of a Normal Change, CI Plus LLP may withdraw Registration thirty-six (36) months after the Publication Date of such Change.

More Definitions of Normal Change

Normal Change means a modification to one or more components of the Service Operating System means the operating systems relating to the Server Instances forming part of the Service as set out in the proposal. Operational Change Management means the activities around submission, agreement and implementation of an operational change to the Service, excluding BAU Changes. Operational Service Date or OSD means the date on which Umbrellar first makes the Service available to the Customer. Rate Card means the document provided by Umbrellar which sets out the Charges for additional services available to the Customer that can be ordered under this Service Schedule. This is usually included in the Proposal Server Instance means an instance of an Operating System with a defined number of CPU Cores, RAM and Disk. Service means the Umbrellar Managed Compute service and includes the Initial Services and any optional services set out in the proposal. Service Component Software – software functionality that Umbrellar makes available as a Service Component. Services Component(s) – the hardware, software, Service Component Software, APIs, tools, and any documentation (electronic or otherwise) Umbrellar utilises to provide the infrastructure, Cloud Web Portal, and functionality of the Services or that Umbrellar makes available as part of the Services. Service Description means definition of what a service provides and how it is accessed and used. A service description includes descriptions of the functional and non-functional properties of the service, service interfaces, and the legal and technical constraints or rules for its usage.
Normal Change has the meaning specified in the Business Process Outsourcing Services Statement of Work.
Normal Change has the meaning set forth in Schedule C.

Related to Normal Change

  • Material Change means a change that an average, careful investor would want to know about before making an investment decision. If a material change occurs afler you make an investment commitment but before the ORering closes, then the Company will notify you and ask whether you want to invest anyway.
