Ownership of Work. Client shall acquire the limited right to use the final work for the purpose stated in the approved Project Outline / Estimate. Client shall not be entitled to amend, modify or alter, in any manner whatsoever, the Work without the written consent of RedByrd.
Ownership of Work means All works, submitted reports, results etc shall be the property of WAPCOS, and the contractor shall not share/disclose it any where. WAPCOS reserve right to use whole or part of the Report in any form. 2.2 SCOPE OF CONTRACT The Scope of Contract shall be in accordance with Section-III, execution and completion of the works based upon the drawings and specifications within the stipulated time schedule by the contractor. Engineer will also oversee the works in progress and various processes of implementation of the work program as well as financial control of the works. The contractor shall provide: All items of construction materials, equipment, consumable materials, electric power, water, all supervisory engineers, staff including security, work men (skilled / semi-skilled / unskilled), camps/ offices, stores / warehouses, access roads, accommodations etc. and all other services as may be necessary for construction and maintenance of the works under the contract. The Contractor shall also adopt all safety measures of the workman and others as per standard practices and requirements during the execution of works at his own cost and responsibility. Bidders are deemed to have made themselves conversant with the provisions of the conditions contained herein before submission of their tender. These conditions shall make, among other provisions, part of the Contract Agreement to be drawn and signed by both the parties, after acceptance of the tender. The definition of terms and phrases as described under the Clause2.1 shall be applicable wherever required in the Clauses of these Conditions of the Contract.2.3 INTERPRETATIONWhere the context so requires words imparting the singular or masculine term also include plural or feminine and vice versa. Headings have no significance.
