Personal Data Security Breach definition

Personal Data Security Breach means a breach of security that accidentally or unlawfully results in the destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure of or access to Personal Data occurring on systems operated by the Provider or over which the Provider has otherwise control.

Personal Data Security Breach means (i) the loss or misuse (by any means) of any TC Personal Data; (ii) the inadvertent, unauthorized and/or unlawful processing, destruction, disclosure, corruption, modification, sale or rental of any TC Personal Data; or (iii) any other act or omission that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of TC Personal Data.

Personal Data Security Breach has the meaning set forth in Schedule 7 to the Agreement.

Personal Data Security Breach means (i) the loss or misuse (by any means) of any GSK Personal Information; (ii) the inadvertent, unauthorized and/or unlawful Processing, corruption, modification, sale or rental of any GSK Personal Information; or (iii) any other act or omission that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of any GSK Personal Information. “Processing” (and its conjugates, including without limitation “Process”) means any operation or set of operations that is performed upon Personal Information, including without limitation collection, recording, retention, alteration, use, disclosure, access, transfer, storage or destruction.

Personal Data Security Breach means the unauthorized acquisition, access, use or disclosure of unencrypted Personal Data that compromises the integrity or privacy of such data to the extent the compromise poses a significant risk of financial, reputational, or other harm to the individual. A Personal Data Security Breach is deemed not to have occurred where there has been an unintentional acquisition, access or use of unencrypted Personal Data by an employee of SUN Mobility or a third party or an individual acting under their respective authority, if the acquisition, access, or use of Personal Data was made in good faith and within the course and scope of the employment or professional relationship of such employee or other individual; and the Personal Data are not further acquired, accessed, used or disclosed by any person

Personal Data Security Breach shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Data Protection Law. a. Pojmy „Zpracování“, „Osobní údaje“, „Správce údajů“ a „Porušení zabezpečení osobních údajů“ budou pro účely této Smlouvy vykládány ve smyslu, který je těmto výrazům určen Právními předpisy na ochranu osobních údajů.
