Data Security Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.
Personal Data Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;
Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;
Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.
Security Breach means the unauthorized acquisition of or access to Customer Data by an unauthorized person that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of Customer Data, including instances in which internal personnel access systems in excess of their user rights or use systems inappropriately. “Security Breach” shall also be deemed to include any breach of security, confidentiality, or privacy as defined by any applicable law, rule, regulation, or order.
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
Data Security Incident means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Agreement Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed;
Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;
processing of personal data (“processing”) shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction;
Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.
Privacy Breach means a common law breach of confidence, infringement, or violation of any rights to privacy, including but not limited to breach of the Insured’s privacy statement, breach of a person’s right of publicity, false light, intrusion upon a person’s seclusion, public disclosure of a person’s privacy information, or misappropriation of a person’s picture or name for commercial gain.
Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.
personal data filing system ('filing system') shall mean any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;
Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.
Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.
Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.
Data Provider means a Participant that is registered to provide information to GS1 South Africa for use through the Verified by GS1 Services.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.
Information Security Incident means (i) any actual or suspected incident involving Seller Information System that may involve Buyer’s Sensitive Information, or (ii) any actual or suspected unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Buyer’s Sensitive Information.
Data Breach means the unauthorized access by an unauthorized person that results in the use, disclosure or theft of Customer Data.
Privacy Shield means the European Union (EU) -U.S. and Switzerland – U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.
Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
