Pupil instruction day means a school day when organized instruction is conducted with students under the supervision of a teacher.

(16)(36) "Independent elementary school district" means a district organized for the purpose of providing public education for all or any combination of grades kindergarten through 8. (17)(37) "Indian Education for All" means the constitutionally declared policy of this state to recognize the distinct and unique cultural heritage of American Indians and to be committed in its educational goals to the preservation of their cultural heritage.   • Oral Instruction has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Payment Instructions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a) of the Loan Agreement.

  • Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent which instructs the Transfer Agent to issue Underlying Shares pursuant to the Transaction Documents, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;
