Recipient Personnel definition

Recipient Personnel means all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Recipient;
Recipient Personnel means the individuals who are the officers, employees, agents, subcontractors or advisers of the Recipient.
Recipient Personnel means the personnel used by the Recipient to carry out the Transitional Services;

  • RECIPIENT certifies that neither it nor the Principal Investigator/Project Director or any other Recipient Personnel or personnel of any Collaborator or Contractor assigned to work on the Project are debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or otherwise excluded from participation in the Project by any federal or state department or agency.

  • The Recipient must not bribe public officials, including foreign officials, and must ensure that all Recipient Personnel do not bribe public officials including foreign officials.

  • At no time shall the Ministry be liable for any acts and omissions of the Recipient, its directors, officers, Recipient Personnel, subcontractors and its Affiliated Physicians.

  • Service Recipient shall ensure that such access shall be made by such Recipient Personnel only as required in connection with, or as specifically contemplated by the performance, delivery or receipt of a Service hereunder.

  • All user identification numbers and passwords disclosed to Recipients to permit any Recipient Personnel to access the Service Provider Systems will be deemed to be, and will be treated as, Service Provider’s Confidential Information.

  • Service Recipient shall ensure that such access shall be made by such Recipient Personnel only as required in connection with, or as specifically contemplated by, the performance, delivery or receipt of a Service hereunder.


More Definitions of Recipient Personnel

Recipient Personnel means the personnel of the Recipient who will be responsible for the use of the Material and/or Data, as specified in Item 6 of Schedule 1; Relevant State means the State listed in our address for service of notices;
Recipient Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Recipient together with the Recipient’s servants, agents, consultants and sub-contractors/sub- processors (and all persons employed by any sub-contractor/sub-processor together with the sub-contractor/sub-processor’s servants, consultants, agents, processors and sub-contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Sub-Processor: any third party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of the Recipient related to this Agreement.

Related to Recipient Personnel

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Recipient Party means the Party which receives Confidential Information from the other Party.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Designated Service Provider means a healthcare provider or group of providers selected by Bonitas as the preferred provider or providers to provide any of its members the diagnosis, treatment and care in respect of one or more prescribed minimum benefit conditions;

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Support Personnel means employees of a Reviewing Party’s Outside Firm and third-party contractors and employees of third-party contractors who are assisting in this proceeding, provided such persons are involved solely in performing clerical or ministerial functions with regard to documents and information connected with this proceeding, including performing one or more aspects of organizing, filing, coding, converting, storing, or retrieving documents or data or designing programs for handling data connected with this proceeding.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:
